Background Story: César and his brother were born in the deserts outside Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. On day, a young woman named Anita was attempting to walk her way to another city, but eventually lost her way and wandered aimlessly through the desert with no food or water. But then one night, he encountered the Chupacabra who sheltered her in it's cavern. It feed her animal meat and she was too hungry to resist. Then she and the goat-sucker got into an intimate moment which left her pregnant. She decided to stay with the Chupacabra, knowing that she was far from civilization. It taught her how to survive in the wilderness like it did. She gave birth to two young creatures similar to the Chupacabra. Police units and search squads have tried to locate her, only to fail. Anita even taught her children to speak fluent English and other languages.
