Finding Myself

Night

We decide tonight we're going to go to the movies to see the new Star Wars. I honestly think we need it more than anything. That party may have taken a bit of a toll on me but I've recovered and need some fresh air. We get dressed wearing matching outfits. We're wearing ripped jeans, blue fading into red beanie, Star Wars shirts, and blue high top converse. It's pretty adorable we're matching. I could honestly see myself being with GiGi forever. I can see us growing old and siting in rocking chairs together on the porch. We get in the car and I sit there for a minute before starting my engine. "Listen, I'm sorry," I apologize. "No I am I said something I didn't mean. And I yelled at you for protecting me." She places her hand on my thigh. I place my hand on hers and look up at her smiling. "It's not your fault I took it way too far." "No you didn't. Let's get out of here before we get into another argument," she responds to me. I finally start the engine and back out of the driveway. We make it to about the fourth stop light and sit as its red. Her hand isn't on my thigh anymore it's behind my chair. I look at her in silence then place my hand on her thigh then slowly making my way in between them. I laugh as I rev my engine multiple times before speeding off. I move my hand back on her thigh because now wasn't the perfect time for doing what I want. We park are car as close as possible and head to get our tickets. We get in line and see a younger teenage couple behind us and see and elderly one in front. GiGi turns around after being tapped on the shoulder by one of them. "My friend and I think you and your sister are cute," the tall not very handsome guy says. "Haha she's not my-" "Thanks," I interrupt GiGi. For minutes they continue to hit on us and all the while I'm thinking of the song "take a hint" by the cast of victorious. The guys friend who is average looking puts his arm around me. While we all walk into the same theatre. If someone were to walk up and recognize me they'd think it's a double date. I push his arm off. Me and GiGi sit in the middle of the two boys. The guy tries to flirt with me but I ignore it while GiGi whispers things in my ear. GiGi is a total nerd when it comes to Star Wars so she's calling out all of the people and who they exactly are. We all get up and decide to get snacks and drinks. While GiGi is in line I run to the bathroom and come right back. The guy talking to her is leaning in to kiss her and I take off full speed. I put my arm around her and kiss her. "Hey baby," I say marking her as mine. She smiles back and says, "Hey." "Oh was I interrupting something?" I ask looking at GiGi with my arm still around her. "Umm-" "oh you two are together?" The guy asks. "Yeahhhhh this is my girlfriend," GiGi says with the biggest smile on her face. "Oh," he says slowly backing down from my girl. "Soo... threesome?" He asks trying to be funny. Me and Gi roll are eyes at him and grunt. "Not even on your birthday," we both say at the same time. We walk back to our movie and finish watching it. I didn't kiss or interrupt Gi in any way during the movie because she was pretty much fangirling over it. It was pretty adorable how much she was being a nerd during the whole movie. At the end of it we walk outside where it's freezing cold and I give her my jacket. "I have to work tomorrow," she says shivering uncontrollably. "Okay," I say kissing her on her nose. We head back to the house where we're cuddle up by the fire. We drink are hot cocoa and watch tv. It honestly didn't prepare me for tomorrow morning.
