12- Baby, Baby, Baby

"Shawn" I yelled from the bathroom. I instantly heard Shawn's footsteps coming up the stairs. He pushed the door open and leaned against the door frame trying to catch his breathe. He looked at the floor and then at me.

"What's that?" He asked referring to the puddle on the floor.

"My waters broke" his eyes widened as he ran over to me picking me up like a baby and heading downstairs. He placed me in the car and strapped me in before running back into the house to grab my hospital bag.

Once he was back in the car he quickly rang security and we headed to the hospital. I gripped onto the handle just above the window and clenched my teeth as the contractions were unbearable.

"It's okay baby" Shawn said trying to hush me.

"It's okay? It's okay?" I yelled. "How would you like to be pushing a baby out of you vagina huh?" He chuckled. "Just drive!"

We arrived at the hospital and security was holding back paparazzi. God will they give me a break. I was placed into a wheelchair and pushed straight to the delivery room.

"I didn't know I was this far dilated" I groaned as they hoisted my legs up. "Fuck" I groaned again. "This shit hurts"

"I know but right now I need you to focus on getting your baby out safely" the doctor told me. "Ready? 1...2...3... Push" I pushed with all my strength and grabbed a hold is Shawn's hand and squeezed.

After around 10 minutes later the sound of agony was changed to the sound of a screaming baby. I let out a sigh of relief and grabbed a hold of Shawn. He wrapped his arms around me and embraced me. I cried as me and Shawn just held each other.

"I love you" we muttered to each other just enjoying the moment. He was moved away and a baby was placed on to my chest.

"Congratulations" the midwife said. "It's a girl" I held the baby and we decided to call her...
