(MARCELINE'S POV)

Marshall is being tied up by the demons. They covered his head in a black bag. I yelled to him and he replied with a rather silent whimper. I tried to run to him but they grabbed me.

"MARSHAALL! MARSHALL!" Tears began to roll down my cheeks. I can't break free from the demons' grip. Marshall isn't moving anymore. "MARSHALL!" I yelled again. Marshall, please answer me. Answer me!

My heart sank. Marshall is not moving, and they began to take him away. All that left my mouth was his name, screamed over and over again.

They took Marshall to the portal. "No no no!" I cried, my arms sore from their clutch. I saw how Marshall's skin is awfully blistered, every inch of his skin. He is still not moving. He passed out. I watched as they went through the portal. "MARSHALL!" I called out again. Baby, please be okay. Please be okay.

I turned to look at Ashley and Helena. They just watched coldly as the demons brought Marshall to the portal. "How could you," I grumbled through gritted teeth. "How could you do this to your own son?!"

Helena kept silent and ignored me. I looked down. My knees felt weak. Marshall, please be okay. Please be okay. Tears streamed my face.

"Marceline!" A familiar voice called. I looked to my right to see Finn, along with Jake, Bonnie and Gumball. "Finn!" I yelled back. They ran to me. Finn and Jake took care of the demons while Bonnie and Gumball came to me, protecting me from the sun while taking me away.

I can't just go. "W-wait, Marshall! They took Marshall!" I exclaimed, trying to stand still while they were pulling me. They placed a blanket on my head to cover me. "He'll be okay," Gumball exclaimed as they continued to pull me, leading me to Bonnie's huge sandworm.

"No no no! We have to go get Marshall!" I whimpered. Please, I'm not going to leave him alone. "Let's worry about him later!" Bonnie exclaimed and they successfully forced me into the sandworm's mouth. They quickly hopped in and Bonnie ordered it to go down so we traveled below the ground.

"What's going on?!" I yelled, my tears still falling. I am so confused. "The portal there, is no ordinary portal. It is more powerful. It disturbed Ooo! The electricity in the whole place went out. We heard the noise all the way from the Candy Kingdom!" Bonnie explained.

"But how about Marshall?" I can't keep calm until I know he's okay. "Worry about him later! We have to go back to the Candy Kingdom immediately," Bonnie exclaimed. "We might have more problems here." Marshall, please be okay.

We finally arrived in the palace. Bonnie quickly ran to her lab. Gumball and I followed. I still can't fly or float, so I have to run. Bonnie was the first to arrive in the lab. When Gumball and I entered, Bonnie was there, standing petrified.

I ran closer to see what was going on. "No," Bonnie whispered. "What's going on?!" I yelled, finally losing my patience. It was the portal to Aaa. It sat there lifeless. "It wasn't just the portal to the nightosphere. It was the portal to the whole land of Aaa, including its Nightosphere. I don't know how she did it, but she opened the portal for the last time and closed it forever," Bonnie explained, horrified.

"It's like what happened before," she whispered, dumbfounded. "W-wait, Marshall and I... the day we barged in here, we made a portal from the Nightosphere to the palace. Maybe we could go to Aaa through the Nightosphere," I explained, hoping it would work.

Finn and Jake ran inside, panting. "Let's give it a try," Finn suggested. He reached for his backpack and grabbed a pencil. "PB, do you have bug milk?" He asked hurriedly. "In the pantry!," she answered. "I'll get it," Jake said as he stretched out of the room.

I walked to the portal. Please tell me this is a joke. I can't go back to what happened. Please. "Marceline," Bonnie called. "If you and Marshall made a portal from the Nightosphere in Aaa to the Candy Kingdom in Ooo, can't you make A portal from here to the Nightosphere in Aaa?" She asked.

"Being associated with the Lord of Evil, I can open a portal from the Nightosphere and leave it open as long as I want. But that's only when I'm in the Nightosphere. I can make a portal to any place. But when I'm not in the Nightosphere, I can't. That's why we'll need to make a portal to the Nightosphere first. Then I'll try to make a portal to Aaa there," I explained, maintaining what's left of my patience.

Finn drew the happy face on the wall. Jake then came in with the bug milk and gave it to me. I tossed the milk to the wall and chanted, "Maloso vobiscum it cum spiritum!"

The portal appeared. We quickly ran in. I stretched my hand to make a portal to Aaa. Nothing happened. "No, no," I began to panic. I tried again, this time, a portal to the other side of the Nightosphere. Still, nothing happened. "No!" I sobbed.

"It's just as I thought. We don't have access to Aaa anymore. The Nightosphere has two sides, the one in Aaa and the other in Ooo. The portal Marshall's mother made was the portal from Aaa's Nightosphere. When she closed it, she didn't only close the Nightosphere, she also closed the whole Aaa. She made sure you and Marshall won't see each other again," Bonnie explained.

I looked down. Tears began to flood my face again. I ran to Dad's house. I slammed his door open and there he was, making himself a sandwich. "Dad." "Oh, Marceline, I wasn't expecting you."

"Dad, I... I need your help."

"On what?" He asked, confused, as he placed his plate of sandwich down on the table and approached me. "Helena closed all access to Aaa, including the other side of the Nightosphere," I explained briefly. He only raised a brow.

"Not that you care, but she took Marshall with her before she closed the portal. I need to find a way to get him back. And only you can help me. You're the Lord of Evil, surely you can do something about it," I said coldly, but hopefully.

"Might you be forgetting Marceline?" He questioned and I got confused. "She is also Lord of Evil. That's why she is able to do what she just did," he added. "And you can't stop her?" I asked, trying to hold back the tears. I don't want to cry in front of him.

"I'll do what I can, honey," he said truthfully. For the first time in a long time, I hugged him.
