Ch.41 Weapons

Everyone couldn't believe it when they realized where Alice was.

"This is unbelievable" Alistair gasped "My mother was right there in front of me!"

"But how did she get into the moonstone?" Lizzie asked.

"Probably the Evil Queen, I mean she did admit that she was the one who kept her from returning".

"So what are we gonna do now?" Maddie asked.

"Well we have to smash that moonstone" Darling said "If we smash it Alice will be free, I think".

"You think?" Kitty said.

"Hey I don't know dark magic".

"I think Darling's right" Alistair agreed "We have to smash that moonstone".

"How?" Bunny asked "How are we gonna get it from the Jabberwock?"

"If I was getting something from a dangerous monster, I'd bring weapons" Chase suggested.

"Well, where are we gonna get weapons?" Maddie asked.

"I know a place" Darling smiled.

"And so do I" Chase smiled.

Everyone followed Darling and Chase through the castle and down a flight of stairs under the ground and into a room filled with different kinds of weapons.

"Mother of God" the Wonderlandians gasped.

"How did I not know about this room?" Lizzie asked with her eyes widen.

"I come here all the time for new weapons" Darling said.

"When do you come here?" Chase asked "I've never seen you in here before".

"You don't know everything I do" she smirked "But let's see what weapons you guys can use".

Everyone then started to look around for weapons.

"Oo" Lizzie admired a red toy horse "What does this do?"

"That's the Hobby Horse" Darling said "It's used like a giant hammer".

"Oo I think I want this one" Lizzie took the Hobby Horse off it's stand and was pulled to the floor "Whoa this thing is heavy" she breathed as she tried to lift up the weapon.

"Yeah it's heavy at first" Darling said "But once you use it a lot it'll get lighter".

"Hey what does this hat do?" Maddie asked as she examined a blue top hat.

"Now this is something I see you using" Darling said as she took the hat "Watch this".

She swung the hat like a Frisbee and watched as it flattened into a circular blade. It then flew back to Darling as it popped back up into it's hat form as Darling caught it by the rim.

"Cool!" Maddie exclaimed as she took the hat "I have my own Hat Blade!"

Meanwhile, Bunny was examining a crossbow and arrows as Kitty was looking at what appeared to be a giant pepper grinder. She took the pepper grinder down and examined it.

"So what does this do?" she asked as she gripped the handle.

"Kitty don't-!" Darling yelled to stop her, but it was too late when Kitty turned the handle as some bullets shot out from the end.

Alistair and Chase quickly moved out of the way as the bullets zoomed pass them hitting the wall. Everyone looked at Kitty who had her eyes widen.

"Oops" she said.

"Well" Darling said with shock "Even though that could've killed someone, I think this would be useful on the Jabberwock".

"Well in that case" Kitty grinned "I think I've found my weapon".

"So do you girls have your weapons?" Chase asked.

"Yep" they all said.

"I'll put them in my hat" Maddie offered.

"Good idea" Alistair commented "That way the Jabberwock wont suspect anything".

Maddie then stuffed their weapons into her hat of many things.

"So now what?" she asked.

"I think now would be a good time to get my mother back" Alistair said with a sneaky smile.

Far away from the castle, Courtly walked around wondering where the Wonderlandians could be.

"Where are those brats" she muttered with a mad look.

Pretty soon she came upon a school, on odd school called Wonderland High. Courtly remembers being the principle at that school, those were fun times, for her. But now that she was a Wanted criminal, she couldn't be seen at the school. Just then the door of the front entrance stated to open, so Courtly quickly hid behind a bush as the Red Queen, Chase's mother came out from the school.

"Rabbit!" she called as the White Rabbit hopped to her side.

"Yes Ms. Red?" he asked.

"I'm going on my lunch break" she said "I'll be back soon, now while I'm gone, I don't want anything bad to happen".

"Yes your highness".

"Also, can you try to contact Chase, I haven't seen him for a few days, and he should really be here doing his job".

"Don't worry, I'll try to find him".

"All right, I'll be off now, and remember, if you let anyone break a rule you're fired".

"Yes your highness".

And with that the Red Queen went away, passing by the bush Courtly was hiding behind. As she watched the principle go away, this gave her an idea.

"Bingo" she grinned as she stepped out from the bush and went up to the White Rabbit "Long time no see Mr. Rabbit".

"Courtly?!" he gasped with fright.

"Oh I'm not Courtly" she said as she took out her card "It's me-" she swiped the card over her face appearing as the Red Queen "Her Majesty the Red Queen".

The White Rabbit's eyes turned purple as he was hypnotized by the card.

"Your majesty" he said "I thought you were going on your lunch break".

"Well I just remembered that I have a very important thing I have to do" she said with a sneaky smile "I need the guards. Guards!"

At that point a bunch of card guards appeared in front of her as she quickly hypnotized them with her card so they would see the Red Queen.

"Guards" she said "I need you to do something for me".

"Yes your majesty" they all said.

"I need you to look for these people" she said as she told them the names of the Wonderlandians including Darling and Chase "I need them brought to me, especially Mr. Wonderland".

"Right away your majesty!" the guards obeyed as they headed off to find them.

Courtly then gave a sneaky smile.

"Well this is gonna be good" she smirked.
