Ch.43 Shatter

Alistair pulled out the Vorpal Sword and aimed it at the Jabberwock. The Jabberwock gave a look of fright as he stared at the sword, his only weakness.

"I remember your mother using that against me" he growled "She was a brave girl, amazing that she survived me, now let's see if you'll survive me".

And with that he used his powers to push Alistair across the floor as he kept hold of the sword. The Jabberwock then used his powers to cut a chandelier above Alistair as he fell down towards him, but Alistair quickly rolled out of the way as the chandelier slammed into the floor. He got up just as the Jabberwock created a ball of fire in his hand and threw it at him, but Alistair used the sword to whack the ball of fire back to the Jabberwock as he created a shield to block the fire. But the Jabberwock gave a growl as he created multiple fire balls and threw them at Alistair, Alistair ducked and ran out of the way of the fire balls just as the Jabberwock used his power to knock Alistair against the floor with a loud thump.

"You might as well just give up already" the Jabberwock growled "I'm impossible to defeat".

"But this is Wonderland" Alistair said as he got up "Nothing's impossible".

Still stuck in detention, everyone looked around for a way to escape.

"It's no use" Chase said disappointment "There's no way out".

"But there has to be a way" Lizzie said.

"We tried everything" Kitty said.

"We can't give up yet" Darling said "There has to be something in here we can use to escape".

"We looked everywhere" Maddie said "Nothing".

"Then does that mean we really are trapped in here?" Bunny asked with shock.

"Unless Chase remembers this game we did to get out" Kitty said.

"I'm trying to remember" he said "But I just can't seem to figure it out".

All of a sudden they heard the door open, and there in the doorway stood the Cheshire Cat.

"Looks like you all could use some help" she grinned.

"Mom!" Kitty gasped.

"Shh!" everyone shushed as they pointed to the Mock Turtle who was still sleeping.

"Mom!" Kitty exclaimed in a whisper.

"Quick" Cat whispered as everyone quietly went out of the detention room and into a hallway.

"Thanks mom" Kitty smiled.

"Ms. Cheshire" Darling said "Have you seen Alistair?"

"I have actually" Cat said "He said that he was going to the Jabberwock's castle to get his mother".

"Oh no" Bunny said with a scared look "He can't go against the Jabberwock alone, he needs our help".

"But how are we gonna get there?" Maddie asked "The Jabberwock's castle is too far away".

"Perhaps I can help with that" the White Rabbit came hopping down the hall towards them.

"Dad!" Bunny exclaimed as they hugged.

"Bunny I missed you so much!" Rabbit smiled.

"Mr. White Rabbit" Lizzie smiled "It's good to see you again".

"It's great to see you all again" he said "All though I couldn't help but overhear that Alistair is at the Jabberwock's castle".

"He is" Darling said "And he needs our help, we have to get to him as fast as we could".

"Well in that case follow me".

Everyone followed the White Rabbit outside to the garden.

"All right" Rabbit said as he pulled out his pocket watch as turned the clock hands to 12 as a rabbit hole appeared in front of them "Quickly!" he motioned them into the hole.

"Good luck" Cat said as everyone ran and jumped into the hole as it closed up.

Alistair stood with the sword in his hands and he waited for another attack from the Jabberwock. But the Jabberwock then gave a sneaky smile as he disappeared, Alistair looked around for the Jabberwock and got ready for an incoming attack. Just then he felt a hard wind from behind knocking him to the ground as the sword slipped out of his hand and scattered across the floor. Alistair got up and tried to get it, but the Jabberwock used his powers to shove Alistair against the wall with a thud as he fell to the ground. The Jabberwock then went up to Alistair, blocking his way so that he wouldn't escape.

"It's over Wonderboy" he said with a sneaky look "You can't stop me".

All of a sudden he felt a sharp pain slice across his arm, he saw that a bladed card had slice his skin and had pierced into the wall, he turned around and saw Alistair's friends with their weapons.

"But we can" Lizzie scowled with her bladed cards in her hands.

"Ah we're all together again" the Jabberwock grinned as he stepped towards them "How sweet, it would surely be fun to take care of all of you".

At that point Alistair got up and ran towards the sword that was still lying on the floor and picked it up and aimed it at the Jabberwock.

"So all of you against me huh?" he chuckled "Well by the time we finish this all of you are gonna be dead".

Kitty held onto the handle of the Pepper Grinder getting ready to shoot.

"You may think you all can defeat me" the Jabberwock continued "But I'm more powerful than all of you, it's impossible to stop me".

At that point Kitty turned the handle as bullets shot towards the Jabberwock, he but he quickly created a shield protecting himself from the bullets.

"Nice try kitty-cat" he grinned as he formed multiple balls of fire in his hands as everyone's eyes widen.

He then threw the balls of fire towards them as they all ducked. Lizzie threw more bladed cards at him but he quickly shielded himself again. Just then Bunny shot an arrow from her crossbow at him, but he caught it just before it could hit his heart, everyone then watched as he set the arrow on fire in his hands as it dropped to the floor in ashes.

Alistair knew that he had to get the staff, so as the Jabberwock wasn't look, he ran towards him and used his strength to knock him down as the staff slipped out of his hand. Alistair quickly ran to the staff and picked it up and raised the moonstone up.

"Nooooooo!" the Jabberwock yelled as Alistair slammed the moonstone on the ground, shattering it.
