Him: Hey, let's say, I have a friend and it's a girl. She's a good company at times and I enjoy having her as a friend. You get it?

Me: Yeah. Go on.

Him: Actually, I also have a crush. Someone else from the other school. My friend and my crush don't know each other but my friend, this girl, she kind of knows of the existence of my crush.

Me: Yes. And then?

Him: And sometimes I like to play around with her, my friend, this girl. Like, telling her sweet nothings, pulling the chair out for her, standing close to her, and acting like I'm jealous when some other guy is hitting on her.

Me: You're flirting with her. I see.

Him: Flirting? No, I'm not. I'm just fooling around.

Me: Same difference, buddy. You're flirting with her. You're doing boyfriend material actions while you never mean any of them. You're flirting with her.

Him: Um. Okay. Whatever. So, I know that she likes me.

Me: You know or you think you know?

Him: Well, I think so. She seems like it.

Me: Looks can be deceiving, you know.

Him: Yeah. So, what if it's true that she likes me?

Me: Well, then. You'd never know.

Him: Okay.

Me: But if it's true that she likes you, that's very cruel of you to flirt with her and lead her on. It's completely wrong and unacceptable.

Him: What's my fault?

Me: Your fault is you flirt with someone else while you're already having a crush. Your crush might not think anything. But your friend, this girl, you'd only end up breaking her heart, if it turns out that she actually likes you.

Him: How am I breaking her heart?

Me: Are you dense? You're flirting with her. You're being boyfriend material. You're leading her on. You're luring her into thinking that you're somewhat interested in her. You're only breaking her heart.

Him: Am I breaking your heart then?
