Confiding in Him

There's one thing that she has never done when it comes to him and that thing is confiding in him. Lately she has done that quite frequently; talking with him almost every night and telling him everyday things as if he's the best guy friend. This feels news to her.
One day he asks.
"Why are you telling me all this?"
She says, "Because I want to, and I trust you."
In her head run a million thoughts about why he would ask that question. He might be uncomfortable with it. He might think that she feels they are close enough to share dirty little secrets. Before she could make up her mind, she speaks.
"One day I'll stop doing that. Don't worry."
