Today,
I enjoy the sun;
I feel the rain,
I rest.
The planets are moving,
So are passersby;
And animals,
Even my heartbeats.
Todayㅡ
Might not be the day;
Someday,
The day will come.
Right now things are messy,
Our fates are clashing;
Hell is shaking,
It's looking very attractive.
Today,
I can't hold your hand;
You can't call me sweetheart,
And I can't call you mine.
Maybe we'll cross paths again,
At your favorite store;
A few years from now,
When everything's changed.
Today,
I lay down my heartㅡ
Into the open,
To let it free.
Feelings are felt but now shared,
We still can't work it out;
No one is at fault,
If it doesn't work, it just doesn't.
Today,
I create myself;
Finish my to-do list,
I die and am born again.
Timeㅡthe ultimate truth teller,
May I see you again;
When we see each other again,
May that somehow happen someday.
But today,
I enjoy the sun;
I feel the rain,
I rest.
