Chapter 11

(A short filler chapter)

Arriving back in New York in the very early morning hour left me feeling drained and disgusting. The lady at the airport wasn't kidding when she said my flight had several layovers but the amazing view out of my window right now was so worth it. The pinks and oranges lit up the skyline welcoming me. I smiled to myself taking in a deep breath and letting it out full of relief that I was home....this is where I belonged.

"It's nice to see that smile." David whispered in my ear.

"I'm happy to be back."

"Good. Would you like to get some breakfast before heading back?"

"I'll probably just pick something up and take it home so Amy can eat as well."

"Ok. May I join you?"

"Sure." I smiled. Boy, Amy would sure get a kick out of this I smiled to myself.

A couple hours later I stood outside of my apartment with David key in the door.

"Now I have to warn you.....Amy can get a little......"

"Should I be scared? She did threaten my manhood." David said seriously

"She what?" I couldn't help but to laugh. Yeah that was Amy alright. "When did that happen?"

"Long story but when I was calling trying to get information on where you were."

"Well seeing as I am with you I think you should be fine but have your hand on guard just in case" I winked

"You can't be serious?"

Turning the key I pushed the door open with my shoulder dragging my luggage behind me with David and breakfast in tow.

"Amy!!! We're home!!!"

"What do you mean by we?" She yelled coming down the hall before stopping dead in her tracks. I swear her eyes bugged out of her head as her mouth hit the floor. How she wasn't drowning her in her own drool was beside me.

"Holy fuck! What in the fuck is this??"

"Amy meet David. David meet Amy....my roommate."

"Hello. Nice to meet you." He said moving over towards her hand extended.
Amy stood still.

"Amy!" I hissed at her waking her from her ogling.

"What? Oh! Sorry! Hi nice to meet you." She crooned taking his hand.

"Pleasure is all mine." He smiled and I'm pretty sure it caused her to wet her pants from the glorious site.

"Ok great! Y'all have met so....Amy here is breakfast...David make yourself at home I am going to get a shower." I announced padding down the hallway. Truth is not only did I feel disgusting, I needed a minute to collect my thoughts of suddenly having David invade my personal space.

"Glad to see your balls are intact." Amy broke the silence after Joslyn left the room.

"As am I."

"Care to tell me what the hell happened?"

"Of course but coffee first."

"I can give you that."

Taking a seat on a barstool at the oversized island I laid out a variety of breakfast out before us and grabbed my coffee cup taking a large sip.

"Ok so spill it."

"You don't waste any time do you?" I smirked.

"Nope. Now...on with it."
