"I don't give a fuck, thug life, I'm an outlaw. And the next bitch ain't nothing but a house call." - The Game
REIGN
"No, Dream, don't cry." I mumble, holding her bottle in her tiny mouth. I wanted to bond with her as much as I can since my mom stayed the night here. She's so tiny for five months old and she looks like a little doll. I've been hogging her from my brothers and little sister since my momma got here.
Tae walks in my room with LaLa behind him. "Goodmorning. Why yall up so early?" I ask. "I just wanted to see mommy's new baby. She so pretty." LaLa says, grabbing Dream's pinky. I pull my phone out then go to my Snapchat app. I smile a little as I take a picture of the three of us. My mom finally has three daughters so it's not mainly boys anymore around here. "My daddy doesn't want her picture all over social media. You're popular, Reign, and a lot of people follow you. What if they screenshot my baby sister? My daddy will go crazy. Just don't put her picture anywhere." Tae says. "Tae, it's not that big of a deal." I say, catching the weird, frightened look in his eyes. "No... you don't get it. Daddy said she's only five months so she too young for people to know what she looks like because someone might try to kidnap her and she's defenseless. He doesn't want anything to happen to her so me and mommy aren't allowed to show her pictures to people." he explains. "Whatever." I say, closing the app. What he said does make sense. I'm not interested in no one harming her so I'd rather listen.
"You didn't put it on there, right?" he asks. "No." I answer. "Good. Everybody still sleeping. Can you cook?" Tae asks. "Tae, you so greedy. Everybody still sleep because it's four in the morning. I'm only up because Dream started crying and wanted a bottle. You two Lilo and Stitch looking ass kids should go to bed." I say, laughing as I look at them. They look so much alike to me. A lot of people thought they were twins when they were toddlers because they're so close in age.
"I'm for real. I don't know my way around here." Tae says. "Go wake KeKe up then." I say, chuckling. Everybody knows KeKe isn't a morning person. "No, last time he made me do one hundred push ups for waking him up. He ain't home anyways." LaLa says. I start laughing, thinking about that. KeKe doesn't play at all. "Whatever. Go wake Noble up." I say. "I don't know where his room is." Tae says. "LaLa, go get him up. Show Tae around." I say. "Let's go Tae!" LaLa exclaims, running out the room with Tae behind her.
I burped Dream and she instantly went back to sleep. Now, I'm holding her in my arms and walking to my daddy's room. I don't know if he's up or not. The sun still isn't up and no one else is up. I'm bored. I quietly open his door then gasp in shock. I don't even know what to say right now. I pull my phone out of my pajama pants pocket then start taking pictures of them. I walk closer then take a couple of up close pictures of them. I smile to myself, making sure I continue to hold Dream up. My parents are so cute. I don't know if they'll get back together or not but they should. They're all over the Internet as people's couples goals and everything. Maybe all this time they spent apart was worth it.
My mom's peacefully sleeping halfway on top of him dressed in his shirt. He doesn't have a shirt on neither so they're clearly comfortable with each other. He has his arms wrapped tightly around her waist and her leg is across his lap. The cute part about it is they're face to face and their lips are touching as if they're kissing. I'm so in love with this moment between them.
My dad slowly opens his eyes then pecks my mom on her lips a couple of times. I watch as he moves a strand of her hair out of her face. "Daddy, oh my God, you're admiring her right now." I whisper. He glances over at me then points to the door. "Get your ass out." he mouths to me, blushing a little bit. I start giggling as I walk out. I make sure I close the door then check my phone.
