I'm sitting at the kitchen table with my momma and Jaylah. Me and Jaylah got into it bad as hell the other day cause I didn't call her back. That's some childish ass shit. My momma made me go pick her up and she about to talk to us now. I honestly don't even give a fuck no more. Jaylah stay trying to argue with me over dumb shit so it's nothing new to me.
My momma is holding Sage and feeding him his bottle and just staring at me and Jaylah. "Where Serenity at?" I ask, breaking the weird ass silence. "She's asleep in the bed with your daddy and Dream." she answers. I nod my head. I'm proud as hell of my dad. This nigga finally an example of how I'm supposed to live and treat my family.
"Okay, so what was said?" my mom asks, getting straight to the point. "I told him he's a sorry ass momma's boy but I only said it cause I was pissed." Jaylah admits. "Has he called you out of your name?" my momma asks, sitting Sage up a little. My baby brother starts crying. "Shhhh... don't cry, handsome." My mom mumbles, kissing on him a little. He calms down as she puts his pacifier back in his mouth. Babies really be crying for no reason sometimes, especially Sage and Serenity. They be waking up the whole house almost every single night.
She looks at Jaylah. "Has he ever called you something like that? What made you call him a sorry ass momma's boy?" my momma asks her. "I just got so mad. Every time we're spending time together, he sits there being rude blowing up your phone like I'm not there. No, he has never said anything like that to me, but still." Jaylah explains. "You very close to getting on my shit list, Jaylah. Every time I look around, you catching these funky ass attitudes with him. I'll slap you." My momma threatens her.
"Can everybody relax?" I ask. Jaylah springs out her seat. "Don't tell me to mothafuckin relax, Noble! I don't even give a fuck no more!
