*Slight Flashback*

"You have to expect the worse possible outcome," Rossi reminded you for what seemed as the 1000th time, "and prepare for self defense."
You nodded as you took a deep breath and exhaled.
"Look out for any traps that might be obvious and most importantly don't let him get a hold of you," Reid said as he looked at the house.
"Is she ready to go in?"One of the SWAT members asked Rossi.
"She's ready," Rossi nodded.
"See you soon," Rossi said with a slight pat on the back. You took one, demeaning step, ignoring the adrenaline and pain.
You didn't look back because you knew you were going to make it out of there, alive. You reached the front door and hesitated. You could do this and you were going to.
You applied a loud knock to the door and didn't bother stating your name. You cringed as the door squeak as you stepped inside the familiar gathering place of your childhood.
The place was covered with dust but it was still well-kept. You looked around for any sign of human activity and saw nothing but footsteps imprinted in the dust. You begin to follow the trail when you stop at the sound of heavy breathing coming from behind you.
You were defenseless as you fell to the ground.
