"What do we need to do YN?" Morgan instantly asked as you and Hotch arrived back at the cabin.

"Nothing," you simply say, "Rossi, do you have shower here?" The run from the cabin to the lake made you drenched in sweat.

"It's in the back, but it is lake water, so try not to swallow it," Rossi winked at you.

"Thanks. I'll be back in a few you guys," you tell the group as they awkwardly looked around at each other. You grabbed your bag and headed to the back of the cabin.
You didn't want the team to get involved with this. What ever could be coming up with your father, things could get dangerous. Even though you are an agent and the job itself was life threatening, the people who were involved with your father could take you and the team, and make it look like you had never even existed. You shook your head as you rinsed your face in the sink.
Old childhood memories began to replay in your mind as you turned on the shower. The day you came home and your mother was crying. The day your mother forced you to take self defense classes and sign up for gun safety classes.  Your father's funeral.
Everything was coming back to you and you just wanted your mind to stop. You wanted to start over. You wanted the world to be at peace. You wanted there to be no more monsters that don't live under your bed.
For a temporary escape from reality, you hooked up your phone to your speaker and blasted the music.

"We're not going to do anything about this Hotch?" JJ asked again.

"She wants it to be left alone, whatever this is. She told me she knew how to handle it and she'll get it done. All she really wants is a relaxing weekend," Hotch told the team.

"How can she have a relaxing when someone could possibly be stalking her? I'm sorry but that just kind of ruins the whole idea-," JJ stopped in the middle of her sentence as you came out of the bathroom.

There was a moment of awkward silence between the team and you but you chose to ignore it by grabbing a glass of wine.

"I don't know about you guys, but I'm ready to get this party going," you smile as you took a swallow of the wine.

"Nice outfit there, YN. Looks cozy," Morgan joked because you were still wearing an old pair of sweatpants and a tank top.

You smirked over at Morgan as you begin to pour another cup of wine.

"Easy there, tiger. We don't want you to be the one going down first," Rossi joked as he put the bottle of wine back in the fridge.

"Are you telling us you have a limited supply on alcoholic beverages? Because if so-," Garcia jokingly picked up her suitcase and started to walk over to the door.

"Woah there, sweets. You don't think I've come prepared?" Rossi chuckled as he opened at least two full cabinets full of alcohol.

"Oh ok. I guess I'm staying then," Garcia said, as she slowly backed into the room, which made the team laugh.

"So what's on the agenda for tonight, Rossi?" Reid asked as he got up to sit closer to the fireplace. You notice how he gave you an quick, but solemn glance at you. You chose to ignore it. You realize that you haven't really been the nicest to him, when you knew perfectly well that he was just trying to be a good friend. For some odd reason though, you had a feeling he wanted to be more then just friends. The way he would stumble when he was around you, how he acted all shy and how his cheeks would blush a shade of red when he said something he didn't mean to, you couldn't help but wonder. Wonder what? You had no idea.

"YN! YN," JJ snapped her fingers at you.

"What on earth were you daydreaming about?" JJ gave a slight chuckle, "Rossi is taking a vote on which movie we should watch first later."

"Oh! Sorry. I'm honestly not that picky when it comes to movies, just no horror films," you told them your selection.

"Agreed," Penelope said as she walked over with the wine bottle and gracefully filled your glass back up again.

"Thanks, friend," you smile at her. She couldn't help back laugh.

"Maybe I should get this food cooking so we can pace YN's drinking. Jack, what do you say? You want to help your Uncle Rossi in the kitchen?" Rossi excuses himself from the group as Jack followed him.

"You should take an easy there on the beverages, YN," Hotch said in a flirting tone as he sat next to you on the couch.

"Alcohol makes me forget," you instantly regretted saying those words so you did your best to cover up what you just said.

"Let's get this poker game going. Spence, you want to be on our team?" You asked as you got a deck of cards from your bag.

"Woah woah woah, who says you get to have Pretty Boy on your team?" JJ laughed.

"I don't want anyone to fight over me now," Spencer calmly laughed as he got closer to the table.

You laughed along but you could feel Hotch glancing at you every now and then.  The poker game continued until Rossi was done cooking for the team, while in the mean time he complained on how he was missing out on a good game. You never portrayed Rossi as a gambler but you weren't surprised. Spencer ended up being on his own team since he didn't want a quarrel to happen. As Rossi handed out a plate of food for everyone, you wonder where you be at right now if you wouldn't have been at that Chinese restaurant. You wouldn't have received your dream job and you wouldn't be surrounded by people who love you.

Finally getting back into the routine of updating the story! Hope everyone is doing ok and if anyone needs to talk, just to rant or whatever, don't be afraid to message me! I mean, I might not respond right away but I will get back to you :) you aren't alone, you always have someone to talk to!
