"I have a letter for Agent LN," the postman, who was at the door said.

"At this time of night?" Rossi eyed the postman. The postman held a single, light brown envelope. His wardrobe appeared to be the certain attire for a United Postal service job.

"I was told to give this to Agent LN," the postman replied to Rossi's question.

"I would like to see some identification," Rossi ordered as he flashed his badge.

"Are you really questioning a mail delivery guy?" The post man scoffed.

"Look, you were told to make a delivery past the time the post office closes? Not to mention to a remote location that isn't even on the mail directory?" Spencer asked rather fast.

The postman quickly scanned the room, dropped the envelope, and ran to his car. You ran out of the cabin, but the car already squealed away.

"What the hell?" JJ asked as she put her gun back in her coat pocket.

You picked up the envelope and carefully began to open it.

"YN, you shouldn't open it. It could have-," Rossi was trying to be the father figure and for some reason it annoyed you.

"It could contain poison or whatever," you snapped back.

Everyone stared at you because of your response.

"Sorry," you scoffed lightly.

You finally were able to retrieve the letter that was folded ever so neatly.

"No," you say as you threw the envelope to the ground. You back away from the letter and ran outside. You needed air, something to help you breathe.

"What does the letter say?" you could hear Morgan ask. You watched Hotch pick up the letter through the screen door and he turned to look back at you. You could tell he was disappointed when he shook his head slightly.

"YN!" You could hear the team shout at you from inside as you took off into a sprint, into the darkness.

***********************

You came to a complete halt. You stop to spin in a slight circle to see where you ended up. You could also see your breath as you tried to calm down. You walk towards the lake. You saw an old tree branch and you picked it up. You threw the branch with all the anger that had boiled up inside of you, all because of that stupid letter. You watched as the branch splash into the water. As you saw the branch get engulfed by the lake, you knew exactly what you had to do.

************************

"I know what happened to your father," Spencer read the letter out loud to the team.

"It's obvious that someone is trying to taunt YN. Shouldn't we do something? Whoever is doing this know that the team is out here," Morgan said as the team sat around in circle. Rossi was putting more wood into the fireplace.

"Daddy, where's YN?" Jack asked as he slightly tugged on Hotch's shirt.

The team looked around the cabin and everyone had a concerned look on their face.

"No one went after YN when she ran off?" Penelope asked as Hotch began to get up.

"I'll be back soon," Hotch said as he gave Jack a kiss on his forehead and started to head out.

"Do you need any back up, Hotch?" Spencer stumbled out his words.

"I'll call if I run into any trouble," Hotch said as he went out the door.

*************************

Were you really going to quit the best thing that has ever  happened to you? You made great friends, hell they were family to you. Morgan, Rossi, Garcia, JJ, Spencer and even Hotch.

"Ugh!" You screamed into the darkness. No one was going to help you. You were completely on your own.

You knew who sent the letter, you knew exactly what your next step was. You were about to head back to the cabin when you heard a rustling of leaves close by. You immediately drew your gun. There was no breeze, so there was no way those leaves rustled by themselves. It may have been your overactive imagination, but it was better then not being prepared. The sound of the leaves were coming closer and you almost lost it when you saw who it was.

"Hotch?" You say, making an outline of the figure.

"Are you ok?" Hotch asked as he came towards you.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I'm great, Hotch- I need to- I need to," You tried to tell him that you wanted to quit, you wanted to quit the job you love. Something inside of you stopped as he pulled you into an embrace.

"What are you doing?" You asked as you begin to cry into his shoulder.

"Shh, just shh," Hotch said as the two of you shared the darkness together.
