"God," Cas said. "As in, God."
"No, the other god," Dean said sarcastically.
"He's been gone for years," Sam said. "How are we supposed to find him?"
"Beats me," Dean said, shrugging.
"You can't just pray to him or something?" Gabe asked.
"He doesn't hear us," Sam said. "Or ignores us."
"All we know is that he's on earth," Dean said. "He could be anywhere or anyone."
"Maybe Chuck has something that could help," Cas said and Gabe nodded in agreement.
"Is Chuck just your go to person?" Dean asked. "You always seem to say we should go to him when you don't know something."
"Pretty much, yeah," Gabe said.
"Well we may as well go," Sam said. "Although, flying all three of you there is a bit much."
"We do have a car," Cas said.
"Yeah let's take Baby," Dean said.
"Oh god not you too," Gabe said. "Guys, it's just a car."
"She is not just a car," Dean said. Gabe looked up at Sam who just shrugged.
"Okay then," Sam said. "We'll take the Impala."

They drove for a while towards Chuck's house which was a few days away. Dean drove, Cas sat shotgun, and Sam and Gabe sat in the back. They had meaningless conversation, argued over the music (Dean won) and actually just had a bit of fun. Except Dean who was still hating being human.
"This is such a pain," Dean muttered when they'd stopped at a diner for food. "You guys have to eat way too often."
"Such is life," Gabe said. "Of a human at least."
"Technically Gabe doesn't have to," Sam said. "At least, not as often." He was leaning back in the booth, his arm resting across the back of where Gabe was sitting.
"Woah really?" Gabe asked. "Eh I'm going to eat anyway. Food tastes good."
"I'd be worried if it didn't," Cas said, looking disapprovingly at the pie Dean was eating. "You really should eat something else you know."
"Pie is good," Dean said with his mouth full.
"So are burgers," Cas said. "You'll get sick if you live off pie."
"Neh."
"Hey guys, get this," Sam said, looking at the newspaper on the table. "Looks like there's a haunting here."
"Oh cool, a normal case," Gabe said. "We'll take it."
"But we're busy," Dean said. "What about finding God?"
"Okay fine," Sam said. "We'll take the case, you two continue on to Chuck's. We'll catch up."
"Works for me," Dean said, shrugging.
"Woo an easy case," Gabe said, leaning over to look at the newspaper. He didn't take it, he leaned over. Sam just smiled and leaned forward, his chin resting on Gabe's head.
"You guys are so adorable it's making me sick," Dean said. "Gah."
"Oh come on Dean," Cas said with a small smile. "You do things like that sometimes."
"What no I don't."
"Yeah, you do."
"...shut up."
