Dean sat on the bed, staring off into nothing. Cas was looking at him from across the room, standing next to Sam.
"What do we do?" Cas asked.
"I don't know..." Sam said quietly. "I really...I have no idea."
"There has to be something we can do," Cas said.
"There isn't," Sam said. "Just like there's nothing we could do about Gabriel. All we can do is keep passing the insanity around. The best hope we have is to leave Dean for a while, since he's an angel there's a chance he'll get better."
"Is he seeing the same thing Gabe did?" Cas said.
"I don't know," Sam said. "It might have changed." He sighed. "I'm going to go check on Gabe." Cas nodded and Sam walked out of the room.
Dean barely registered Cas walking over to him. Cain was smirking at him from across the room.
"You can't get rid of me," Cain said, mirroring Cas's movements on the other side of the bed and sitting beside Dean. "Come on bro, stop trying."
Dean was trying to convert the insanity into something he could heal, or something that would fade with time. Anything other than this.
He closed his eyes, focusing on the buzzing inside of his head. Using whatever grace he could muster up, he changed it.
Cain vanished, taking the Galavant references with him.
"Dean?" Cas asked, and Dean opened his eyes, looking at Cas.
"Hello Cas," Dean said. He hugged Cas suddenly. Cas gave him a confused look before wrapping his arms around Dean.
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm okey dokey," Dean said, smiling to himself slightly. Cas gave him a weird look.
"Um..."
"Come on," Dean said, standing up and grabbing Cas's hand. "Let's go find the bees."
"The what?"
"Bees. The buzzy things."
"I know what bees are...Dean wait," Cas said as Dean vanished from the room with the flap of wings. Cas gave an exasperated sigh before walking off to find Sam.

Sam looked at the sleeping Gabriel. He'd fallen asleep minutes after Dean had healed him, and Sam had carried him to the bed. He could tell Cain had been keeping Gabriel up.
Sam smiled a bit at Gabriel, but the fact that Dean was now suffering stopped him from being really happy.
Cas walked into the room suddenly with a worried expression. "There's something up with Dean."
"Did he start acting really weird?" Sam asked and Cas nodded. "He probably converted the insanity into something that could be healed with time. That's the only advantage he has here, he can change it."
"So he turned it into...I don't even know. He flew off saying he was going to find bees."
Sam just blinked at Cas before shaking his head. "This...this could be interesting."
Gabriel stirred suddenly and Sam perked up, looking over at him. Cas gave them both a sad look before leaving the room.
Gabe slowly opened his eyes, blinking the sleep away. He rolled onto his back and saw Sam standing in the doorway.
"Heya Sammy," Gabe said, sitting up with a smile. "You look...stressed."
"When are our lives not stressful?" Sam said, walking over to sit beside Gabe on the bed. "Are you okay?"
