Serenity Morales

When I woke up, I felt cold and like something was missing. Opening my eyes, Justin wasn't in the bed or room period. I groaned, sitting up and rubbing my head. I'm sure my hair looked like a mess but I didn't care. The bowl of soup that was on the bedside table was now gone and I assumed he drank it when he woke up. Hopefully he at least heated it.

Slowly getting out of bed, I stood up and stretched. I yawned making my way over to the bathroom and showering. In Justin's bathroom I had my own toothbrush, seeing as I stayed over here a lot. I didn't have any clothes over here still which I must admit as a pretty bad idea, but if I brought any he would think I was moving in or something. I brushed my teeth after, pulling my bra back on and Justin's shirt which I stole from his room before I came in here and put if over my head. I put back on my leggings, without underwear because I refused to wear them again. For some reason, wearing the same underwear made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure why. I stuffed if in my bag instead.

I exited the bathroom, tying my hair up in a ponytail, and bumped right into Justin.

"Hey," he grinned down at me, his hand on my waist.

I blinked slightly at his sudden found happiness since he was so grouchy yesterday. I looked at him, almost losing my breath for some unknown reason.

"Hey," I mumbled, scurrying back a little and making my way around him. "How was your sleep?"

"It was warm," he said. "Way more comfortable than usual."

Go figure.

I nodded. "That's great. How are you feeling?"

"Better, but still pretty shitty," he said. "But I don't want to waste another day in bed. Y'know unless it's with you," he winked at me and I rolled my eyes.

"You should stay in bed, just so you know. But it's not like I can force you to."

"I was thinking of having a chill day," he said and I looked back at him and he was sitting on the bed. He licked his lips and scratched the back of his neck. "Maybe go to the movies or something."

"Have fun," I smiled at him and he groaned.

"Are you serious?"

I turned back to look at him. "What?" I shrugged, ignoring him. "Who's all that are going?"

His eyebrows creased. "Just me."

"Well have fun," I said again and he glared at me.

"Stop playing with me, Serenity."

I frowned. "What are you talking about."

"I want you to come with me."

As realization dawned on me, my lips fell into an 'o'.

"Fine, but—"

"No, buts. Just go downstairs and eat something and then we can leave."

"Well, someone's feeling awfully demanding today," I mumbled and turned on my heels to exit the room.

"Oh, and put on some underwear, sweetheart. As much as I love the display, I don't want anyone else to look at my treasure."

My breathing stopped and I turned to look at him sharply. "How did you know I wasn't wearing any underwear," I nearly shrieked.

He shrugged. "Lucky guess?"

"Were you spying—"

"Don't even finish that sentence, I would never do that to you. The outline of your ass is much more prominent than yesterday. Plus when you bent over, I think I got the clue."
