"Kuroko," You brushed the flour off your cheeks, "I don't think this is working."

Kuroko turned to you, cake batter coating his white t-shirt, "You think?" 

"There's strawberry jam in your hair." You pointed out the jam that painted his blue hair red. Kuroko groaned.

"That was from your doing." Kuroko sighed. 

"What's wrong with red hair?" You jeered, "I like it. It's like Kagami's hair."

Kuroko frowned and took a handful of the pink icing that sat in the metal mixing bowl behind him. In a swift movement, pink icing clung to your hair. 

"Pink hair looks nice too. It's like Momoi-san's hair."  You narrowed your eyes.

"Why don't you date Momoi than." You flung flour at his clueless face. Why did he have to mention Momoi? He knows how much she loves him.

"Because I love you." Kuroko replied with a flat expression. Heat rushed to your cheeks.

"I love you too." You fiddled with the bag of flour in your hands.

"(Your name), why did we decide to make cake at 3am anyways." Kuroko questioned as your head lay in his lap. The two of you had given up on attempting to bake and were now resting together on the couch, after lengthy showers of trying to rid the cake ingredients in your hair. 

"Uh," You searched your brain, "Oh! I was craving something sweet and called you over."

"Oh yeah, you woke me up at 2am." Kuroko mumbled but you ignored it. 

Shooting up, you turned to face Kuroko. "I want ice cream. Let's go get ice cream!"

"What? It's 3am, (your name)."

"So? The supermarkets should be open. Come on," You begged, "Please?"

"Fine." Kuroko agreed. You smiled in delight and gave Kuroko a sweet kiss. 

"Let's go!"

"I don't know which ice cream to get." You eyed all the different ice creams in the freezer.

"Choose whatever. They all taste good." Kuroko stood beside you with a packaged cone of vanilla ice cream.

"Exactly, they all taste good. How do I decide on one?" You complained. The owner had a curious expression as he watched the two of you buy ice cream at 3 in the morning.

"Oh, I know." You reached for the bubblegum ice cream, "Because it looks like you."

"Not the raspberry one? That one looks like Kagami." 

"Your 'secret lover' Kagami? No thanks." You smiled and turned on your heel towards the counter. 

"Ice cream at 3am? That's pretty reckless." The owner chuckled.

"We just love ice cream too much."
