You dreaded the next few words, cringing at the 'kun' added at the end of Moriyama.

You: Moriyama and...?

(Friend): Moriyama-kun and I are together!

The sadness that had surfaced momentarily disappeared, and you felt the anger pulsating through you. You liked Moriyama first, even (Friend's name) knew that. You weren't like her, you didn't want Moriyama to get to Kise, your heart belonged to Moriyama. But at the moment, it felt like that pull to him was severed, yet begging to be retied.

You: Yay!

You woke the next day exhausted due to the lack of sleep last night. For hours you were tossing and turning, thinking of Moriyama and him dating (Friend's name). You modelled the familiar 'panda eyes'.

Once you reached school, you heard the voice of the one person you didn't want to see.

"(Your name)!" You turned around, the lollipop you were eating was sticking out of your mouth.

"Do you know what (Friend's name) likes?" Hearing that made you roll your eyes in annoyance, the irritating pain of your heart being broken was something you didn't want to feel.

"Find out yourself." You answered lazily (a/n somehow I'm turning you into Atsushi).

It was the end of school and you were exhausted. As you were walking home, you heard (Friend's name) and Moriyama fighting.

"I'm sorry, Moriyama, but I only dated you to get Kise-kun's attention." Of course, it was obvious. But Moriyama was too in love with the idea of having a girlfriend.

You stared in shock as you saw his arm rise up and his hand was facing (Friend's name)'s cheek.

The sharp sound of a slap echoed.

(Friend's name) stared up at you, wide-eyed, clutching the red cheek you had satisfyingly slapped.

"Stupid." And you walked off.
