Chapter 34

Rachel's POV:

Today is the day i am going to meet Adam. He is coming with his family for lunch. I hope things work out. I should get ready, i got up and went straight to the bathroom. I went in the bathroom and my towel was missing.

I went down to ask mom where is it. Maybe she put it in laundry. Everybody was busy with there chores. Mom was cooking, Damon was decorating. Elena was cleaning, shocking i must say and dad was not home. I went in the tv lounge and i saw Cristiano sleeping on the couch.

The sun rays was coming straight on his face, i closed the curtains so he could sleep peacfully. I was about to leave the room but i saw him a bit shivering. He was cold, i got a blanket and i covered him with it.

I was tucking the blanket in and he grabbed my hand.

"That tickles" he said opening his eyes.

"I was just" i said and got up .

"You were just what" he said and pulled me close and by accident my lips met his cheeks. I fell on him.

"Well this is how you wake up someone" he mocked me.

"Leave my hand" i said.

"I dont keep anything of anyone so you kissed me now its my turn to give it back" he said.

"I dont want it" i said and released myself from his grip.

"You know i will do it now or later" he replied.

"We will see" i said and went upstairs.

I took a bath and all the time i was thinking. He will do it, nobody knows him more than me and when he says he will do something he will do it. What if he kisses me infront of Adam, i will never be able to make him understand and he will leave.

I cant let that happen, i should change and go to him. I quickly got dressed and went down to search for him. I couldnt find him anywhere. I saw Elena and mom in the kitchen. I went straight to them.

"Mom have you seen Cristiano" i asked her.

"Yes and he is a very handsome boy" she replied.

"Mom im serious where is he?" I questioned.

"In billions of people's hearts" she said.

"Asking you is of no use. Elena where is Cristiano" i asked Elena.

"I have no idea" she said.

"Fine i will ask Damon" i said and went to search for Damon.

I heard his voice coming from the back yard i went straight there. I saw Damon standing there holding a ladder. I looked up and saw Cristiano on the ladder.

"What the hell is going on here" i questioned them.

"Nothing just cleaning up" Damon replied.

"What the hell is he doing up there. Cristiano come down right now" i shouted.

"In a minute its almost done" Cristiano replied.

"The new season is going to start next month if you fall and get a injury i will personally kill you" i shouted again.

"He is fine dont worry nothing will happen to him" Damon said assuring me.

"Come down right now" i shouted and a tear fell from my eye. He looked at me and he didnt say anything and started to come down.

Three steps were left for him to climb down and he slipped. He fell on me and we both fell on the grass. He was on top of me.

"Are you okay does your knee hurt" i started to ask questions.

"Hey hey im fine" he replied.

"Fine then got off of me" i said.

He was about to get up but then i realized he needs to kiss me right now or else it will be too late.

"Wait wait stop" i said.

"Yes" he replied.

"You can have your kiss on my cheeks right now" i said.

"Ahem ahem. You know what carry on im going" Damon said and left us alone.

"Really and what made you change your mind" he asked me.

"Nothing i just want you to have it" i said.

"You little liar you dont want me to kiss you infront of Adam right" he said.

"No" i lied.

He got up instantly and he started to walk away from me.

"Cristiano Dos Santos Aveiro kiss me" i shouted and he stopped

He turned and looked at me with water in his eyes.

"Kiss me" i said again.

He came towards, real close he touched my cheeks and leaned in. He placed his lips on my cheeks and i swear i had butterflies in my stomach. Then he switched cheeks and placed one on my other cheek too. It was so sweet, i didnt wanted it to stop but then i heard a car stopping infront of our house.

It was Adam and his family. I seperated myself from him and ran inside from the back door and went straight up.

Cristiano's POV:

Today she asked me to kiss her. It was the best moment of my life i couldnt stop myself but then she ran away from me. Why does she do that come so close and then leave me standing alone. Thinking what went wrong.

"Hey there here, come in" Damon shouted.

"Coming" i said as i followed him in.
