Some guy with a voice that could impregnate you in a split second radioed in. I heard the words, 'possible drug deal' and 'two males.' In quick movements, Levi had already turned on his sirens and we were in pursuit.

We were going fast, clearing road ways and driving straight through red lights.

HAHA!

I had to clutch onto the sides of my seat, terrified, from the speed we're going. We flew through the streets and speed past schools, hospitals, city hall and even the police station.

We'd be airborne over all the speed bumps and my head would hit the car roof on the descent down to the ground.

I was terrified and picturing my death as the car could potentially roll over—but wow was the feeling ever intense.

This is the high that druggies should seek!

The trill that people would jump out of planes for!

When we arrived to the scene, Levi decreased our speed and turned off his siren and headlights so we could catch the dealers off guard. Then, just as Levi saw the dealing go down, he speed up quickly behind them, and skid to a stop on the pavement.

The dealers picked an abandoned school parking lot where an old elementary school once stood----go figures.

I had to blink my eyes a couple of times, because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I recognized one of them---of course it had to be Travis.

As Levi is about to exit the car, I grabbed hold of his arm and held him back.

"Maisie what the---"

"We need to leave. Just---drive away. Please." I whispered. There is no way I can let Travis see me here.

"I can't do that. This is my job."

"I know....I just," I sighed, "I know him, the one in the green shorts and hoodie."

He gave me a sideways glance then just followed it with a shake of his head. He yanked his arm back and got out of the car, containing the situation.

There was no struggle or fight.

Knowing Travis, I'm sure he thinks Levi just pulled up because something looked suspicious and not that he actually saw the deal go down.

He would be in for a surprise.

Levi handcuffed both of the guys and led them to the back of the squad car. He opened the back door and guided them both inside. Levi slammed the car door shut and I could hear him sayin' something on the radio. He probably was calling for another officer to pick up Travis and his friend.
