I went straight home after that scene at the airport. You know what's funny? We weren't even aware that Jaymie and Kurt left us standing there looking like Romeo and Juliet who just recently got kicked out of their own book.

Only when a kid came to us and asked us if we'd seen her mom that we stopped holding each other. Ofcourse we helped the kid. Who wouldn't? I mean she's crying her eyes out, if we ignored her the nosy people around us would think that we're heartless enough to let the poor kid get lost at an airport.

A phone call distracted me from my reminiscing, and guess who? Yhup... my great Xander.

"Hey"

"Hey" he replied.

"Uhm. Seth? Anong ibig mong sabihin kaninang nasa airport tayo?" lakas loob kong tanong.

"Tss... wag mo na munang alamin. Akala ko ba you trust me?" malambing niyang tanong.

"Yeah but-

"Hush now princess, you don't have to worry about anything." awwww sweet naman niya. Hindi na tuloy ako makapagreact, nakangiti nalang ako.

"So have you picked out a prom dress yet?" he asked.

"Prom?" clueless kong tanong. Wait, Mr.X asked me to be his prom date... Gosh how I wish si Seth talaga si Mr.X, that way hindi nako nappraning kaiisip ng kung sino ba talaga yun.

"Yhup. Diba nabanggit ni Kurt? Yun yung theme ng grand opening"

"Oooowwwww" nasagot ko nalang. As usual wala akong alam sa mga nangyayari.

"May date ka na ba?" tanong niya ulit. Bigla naman kumabog yung dibdib ko. Hala... kinikilig na naman ako.

"W-wala pa eh" gusto mo ikaw nalang? Haha gusto kong itanong sakanya yan.

"Pero may nagyaya na?" tanong pa niya

"Uhm.. Oo. Pero-

"That's good. Angel and I will be going together. May kanya kanya na tayong partner" tss. Sabi ko na nga ba wag dapat magassume eh. Bakit ba lagi nalang akong nabibiktima ng pagiging assumera ko?

"Ah... hehe. Oo nga. Uhm Seth I have to go. Bye!" tapos agad ko ng in-end yung call.

Nakakabadtrip naman. Bakit si Angel? I mean... she's pretty and kind and smart and all that but, like hello? I thought we had this kind of understanding.

Napahawak ako sa necklace ko... "Hindi ba pwedeng ikaw nalang si Mr. X?" bulong ko while thinking of Seth. Hala! Yung link nga pala! Clue na yun para malaman kung sino siya... siguro?

Hinanap ko agad yung note ni Mr. X at iniscan ulit yung Code. I clicked the link that came out and it led me to youtube. Yep guys, youtube... Sus ano naman kayang makikita ko dito.

Biglang nagplay yung video na nasa eksaktong link. Lyrics lang siya... pero maganda yung meaning. Every girl would dream of having their guy say those words to them. Ang sweet naman pala ni Mr.X... sayang nga lang at hindi siya si Seth.

Speaking of Seth. Bakit ba siya ganun? He gave a million mixed up signals to me. One minute he's sweet and caring then the next his either bailing from what he said or did, or he distances himself from me. Akala ko ba ok na kami?

Bull. Ako lang nagiisip nun. Gaya ng dati disappointed na naman ako.

Nakakawala ng gana...

A week later...

I am wearing this gorgeous blue gown tonight. It's just plain blue, no intricate details other than it's decolletage. Quite daring, but not slutty. I actually think I can pull this off, I mean... hey I look pretty. Not just pretty. Like "princess" pretty. Haha basta maganda ako!

Jaymie even sent one of her make up artists. Which happens to be a hairdresser... Or 2-in-1 talaga siya? Ewan, basta taga-ayos siya haha. At magaling siyang magmake-up. Kahit ako nagandahan sa sarili ko. He even curled my hair and did a half-do. So yeah... I totally feel like a disney princess.

Ay oo nga pala, 7pm palang at nandito na ako sa hotel. Ewan ko ba bakit kailangang maaga kami ni Kurt. Pero dahil siya ang nakakatanda, siya na nasunod.

"Sis?.... WOW!" si Kurt. Basta nalang pumasok sa kwarto kung saan ako nagsstay.

"How do I look?" nahihiya kong tanong.

He just smiled and hugged me.

"Kurt? Are you ok?" nagaalala ko namang tanong.

"No... it's just... I'm just happy. And nagulat ako kasi... dalaga ka na, akala ko kasi baby ka pa" sagot niya.

"Uhm... Yung totoo, kapatid ba kita oh Daddy ko? Ang Oa mo ha! Para namang kasal ko ngayon!" biro ko habang nakapamaywang sakanya.

"Baliw!" tapos lalabas na sana siya.

"Ang ganda ko namang baliw!"

"Yan napapala mo sa kakasama kay Seth! Kapal narin ng mukha mo!" pagkatapos iniwan na ulit ako.

Humarap ako sa salamin. Magugustuhan kaya ni Seth yung itsura ko?

I'm excited... and nervous at the same time. You know why? Some students from our school were invited. And with that being said, yes... Samantha will be here later. Nana personally invited her family. I don't know how Nana knew them. I actually don't give a crap.

I went downstairs and rove my eyes around. It's nothing but perfect. Everything I imagined a prom would be... only better. Kurt has really done a great job.

Mayroon kaming guest list, para malaman kung invited talaga yung isang tao. Syempre nacheck ko na yun, at nandun nga yung name ni Sam.

Actually hawak ko parin yung guest list ngayon. At may napansin akong hindi ko napansin kanina... Si Mr. X. Invited siya? Kilala siya ni Nana? Sino ba talaga siya?

8pm na at nagsimula ng magsidatingan ang mga tao, I saw Madz, Ervin and Angel all together. Akala ko ba kasama ni Seth si Angel? Ginag*go b ko ng lokong yun?

Jaymie came with Leo as expected. Benj came solo... Noong nagkabukuhan na akala ko magkakatuluyan sila ni Sam. Well akala ko lang naman yun. Benj is a good guy. Hindi rin niya deserve yung dinanas niya. Hmmm... siguro slight lang.

"Hey gorgeous"

"Wow Caleb! You're here! uhm... you look-

"Ravishing?" pagyayabang niya.

"Almost. but not quite" biro ko naman.

"You know I actually don't have a date, so are you willing to be my date for tonight?" he offered.

Well... hindi naman masama. Ang gwapo niya. Bagay naman siguro kami diba? Isa pa hindi naman ako niyaya ng gusto kong magyaya sa akin and ang bad ko naman kung tatanggihan ko siya diba?

I noticed a commotion from not so far where we stand. There were girls muttering something about a prince or something. Then I saw cameras flashing and then the commotion breaks.

My heart stopped. It was Seth...

Seriously...

How can a normal person look so...
