Chapter 4: Meeting the Crew and the Song

~ Zak's POV ~

Aaron, Nick, and I were waiting at a gas station which had a mini store. 

I was leaning myself against my car and Nick and Aaron where nearby me. This was something new we decided to try to get a chance to meet a couple fans from around the world. Of course there were going to be other small contest like this but this was our first one. We were still all unsure how many we will have. It was now two pm and we started to see a purple car pull up next to us. 

Out came a young blonde woman and a young light brown hair woman. I stopped in my tracks and just looked at the young light brown hair girl. She looked to be around her early twenties. She had blue eyes and a hourglass body...she was just beautiful. The most beautiful girl I have ever seen. Of course her friend was beautiful also.

I was pulled out of my gaze when Aaron nudged me with his elbow. I noticed both girls were just standing with us and I was staring at the light brown hair girl. Nick said, "Zak this is Emily and Crystal...these are the girls who won our first contest." Crystal was the beautiful girl I was staring at. I suddenly felt embarrassed and I usually don't get like this. Her friend Emily, Aaron and Nick all laughed at me. I looked down feeling my face heat up some.

I didn't know what to say...so I just looked up and said, "Hi there Crystal and Emily." They said at the same time, "Hey Zak." They then looked at each other and laughed.

Crystal asked, "Hey Em you know the car radio is still playing right?" "Yeah I know Baby Bear," Emily replied. Aaron questioned, "Emily why do you call Crystal Baby Bear?" Emily and Crystal both laughed.

Crystal said, "Emily just randomly came up with it one day so Emily and my friend Jacob both call me that now."

We all laughed and I responded with a smile, "Well I think that is a cute nickname for you Crystal." She just blushed and looked down while saying, "Thanks."

~ Crystal's POV ~

I'm a little shocked that Zak said that. Then C'mon by Kesha came on. Emily and I looked at each other and nodded. We both love to dance and sing along to it.

I smiled wondering what Zak's reaction would be to this song since he was constantly staring at me.

Me: Saw you leaning against that record machine

Saw the name of your band written on the marquee

It's a full moon tonight so we getting rowdy

Emily: Feeling like I'm a high schooler

Sipping on a warm wine cooler

Emily: Gonna pull an all-nighter
