When we land in Vegas we go to Zak's house when he stops the car in front of his house I start to get nervous. The house is really big and it will take some getting used to we walk in the house and a flash of white comes running up to us it's his dog Gracie Zak catches her then starts talking to her in a baby voice I loved seeing Zak with animals he showed them the softer side of him that hardly anyone ever got to see he looks at me then looks back at Gracie "Look Gracie daddy brought home a new friend let's be nice okay she's important." Gracie wags her tail then walks over to me I hold my hand out and she gives it a cautious sniff then a few minutes later I'm being given doggy kisses that was one less worry Gracie liked me Zak gives me a tour of the house and I'm surprised it isn't really what I was expecting but I did like the house. About an hour later Zak and I are sitting on the couch when we hear someone knock on the door Zak walks over and opens it Aaron walks in in the house and sees me sitting on the couch he gives me a look and Zak looks at him "Aaron this is Mallory, Mallory this is Aaron Goodwin." I get up and walk over "Hi." Aaron nods "Do you mind if I borrow my man Zak for a bit just to talk about the show and stuff?" I nod my head "Yeah I will be outside." I walk outside and sit down this might change things because I could tell that Aaron didn't like me he is Zak's best friend and part of Zak's crew as well and it made me nervous because if Aaron didn't like me and we just met what would the rest of the GAC crew think of me?

Aaron's POV
I look over at Zak "What's the deal bro you leave for months and when you left you were still pissed that Vanessa didn't pick you and now you come back with a different girl you cancelled lockdowns, put the show on hold I can't believe you postponed the one in Italy that one was big for us I had to deal with executives just because you had to run off what are you doing to do if this one picks another singer over you!!!" Zak looks at me "She is Vanessa's best friend we met when she was helping Kevin and Vanessa with some stuff they had going on I postponed the Italy lockdown so I could work things out with Mallory after I kissed Vanessa I should have talked to the executives and Mal won't pick a backstreet boy over me she loves me and I love her too bro." I wanted to believe what Zak was saying but after what happened with Vanessa I just couldn't Zak was depressed and biting the fan's heads off the show and the crew couldn't go through something like that again we needed to get back to filming and going on lockdowns as soon as possible. Zak better have his stuff together and his head in the game or Ghost Adventures was going to come to an end very very soon. "Yeah man whatever you say we have a meeting tomorrow and go back to filming a new episode in two weeks." I turn around then walk out of his house and shut the door behind me.
Zak's POV
I walk outside after Aaron leaves and see Mallory sitting by the pool with Gracie by her side she looks up when she sees me walking over to her I sit down next to her and she's the first one to break the silence. "Aaron doesn't like me very much does he?" I sigh then look over at her "When Vanessa picked Kevin the show suffered a lot I was depressed and biting people's heads off including the fans that's kind of why I was rude to you when we first met he thinks you are going to do the same thing and pick another singer over me." She knew more about me than a lot of other people did so I didn't see the point in hiding things from her plus we were honest with each other she scoots close to me and lays her head on my shoulder then holds my hand I was still getting used to little moments like this between us but I enjoyed them. "I saw that season I remember how you were and you were definitely a lot more than rude when we met and I don't plan on picking a singer I love you Mr.Lead Investigator of the Ghost Adventures Crew." I smile then kiss her she kisses back and wraps her arms around my neck I wasn't sure how the meeting with the crew and the producers would go and we would be back to filming soon but for now I was concerned and worried about one thing and that is what might happen to Mallory tonight here in my house when we went to bed. The last thing I wanted was her getting hurt especially now since she had moved in with me.
