Chapter 8

Kevin's POV

I let out a sigh as the sound of my phone ringing wakes me up I let out a yawn then pick it up and answer "Hello?" "Kev I've got to do something I'm bored out of my mind I can't handle it here with all of the guys and their girlfriends." I laugh "It's good to hear from you too AJ." "Kev please give me something to do you and Vanessa are gone I'm here by myself." I don't know why I say this or what possessed me to do it but I tell him the first place that pops into my head "Take a trip to Vegas." He's silent so I can tell he's thinking about it "Thanks Kevin that's a great idea." He hangs up I turn my phone off then roll over and wrap my arms around Vanessa then go back to sleep.

AJ'S POV

A few days later I arrive in Vegas at the airport I stop as I'm walking to my car and pull out my phone then scroll all the way down to Vanessa's number and call her I wait for a few minutes then she answers. "Hey AJ what's up?" "Hey Vanessa I actually have a question for you." "Sure anything." I reach up and scratch the back of my neck I wasn't exactly sure how to ask this but I was going to anyway I cough "Um your friend Mal she's in Vegas right?" "Yeah she's with her boyfriend Zak but I'm sure she will be happy to see you." "Great Ness can you give me her number?" Vanessa gives me her number then I hang up Mallory was nice I liked her we had become great friends while she was trying to get Vanessa and Kevin back together I smile as one memory of her pops into my head. It was the day she had us all meet at Nick's place and she tore everyone a new one, she yelled at everyone but me and even though I wasn't being yelled at she still managed to scare the hell out of me but it was one of the reasons I liked her I make it to my hotel throw my bag down then lay on the bed. I pull out my phone and look at Mal's number my finger hovers over the call button but I decide not to call her today.

Ashley's POV

I was happy that Mallory had called and asked if I wanted to do something today it was nice to have another girl to hang out with we say this bookstore and stopped there I look over at Mallory who is reading the back of a book. "How are things going with Zak?" I wasn't being nosy or anything but Zak was a friend she smiles then puts the book down on the shelf "Things are great we went out the other night and stopped by the Riviera then went out for dinner and we talked for a while stayed out for a bit then we went back home." "Sounds like the two of you had a long night?" She looks up at me and her face turns red I laugh at her reaction a little while later we go out to lunch the two of us just hang out for the day and I learn she isn't much of a shopper, late that afternoon I stop outside of Zak's house "We should do this again next time we make Zak and Jay go with us." She laughs "Sounds great let's do it." She gets out of the car and she walks inside I drive off and head home it was nice to finally have girl time plus she seemed to know how to work Zak.

Mallory's POV

I walk in the house and drop my stuff on the counter and walk through the house until I find Zak sitting with his back toward me I walk over and wrap my arms around his neck then he leans back in the chair and looks up at me. "How was your girl day with Ash?" I sigh then put my hand on the black shirt that is tightly stretched over his chest "We had a great time she's really nice I like her it's nice to have a girl around to talk to while Vanessa is gone." "That's good sweetie I'm glad you're getting along with her." I kiss the side of his neck "Ashly and I decided that next time we go shopping you and Jay will have two of you will have to go with us." Zak laughs then looks up at me I lean down and kiss him he kisses back and he reaches up and puts one of his hands on the back of my head and manages to run his fingers through my hair. I gently bite down on Zak's bottom lip he moans then stands up and wraps his arms around my waist I wrap my arms around his neck and pull his hair he pulls away I look up at him and his eyes have turned dark. His grip on my waist tightens and his voice is deeper "Bed?" I nod my head and follow Zak to his bedroom.

Zak's POV

When we get in our room I push her back on the bed pull off my shirt and start kissing down her neck she lets out a moan and I fill her nails dig into my shoulders. She sits up as much as she can while I'm on top of her then pulls off her shirt I kiss further down her neck and run my fingertips down her waist her hands slowly move down my stomach then I feel her fingers brush against me as she unhooks my belt. She unbuttons and unzips my pants I pull them off we look at each other and my eyes meet her green ones I wanted her and I knew she wanted me just as much.
