Chapter 36

Aaron's POV

Usually once the lockdown was over I would fly home to Vegas but this time I was staying with Zak because he asked me as a friend to be with them for when he met her family which wasn't for four more days the next two days were going to be set aside for some sort of event in Mallory's hometown. Right now I'm sitting in the lobby of the hotel eating breakfast while I wait on the two lovebirds to wake up and come downstairs Zak was my best friend and I was happy that he had Mallory to make him happy but I was looking forward to seeing how the next four days went.

Zak's POV

I roll over and look at the clock next to the bed and see that it is almost noon I yawn then roll back over and look at the sleeping body next to me Mallory had done great the past three days of the lockdown and investigation and I was proud of her I didn't know many girls that would sleep in a truck for two nights but she did. I sit up and run my fingers down her back then start kissing down her neck she yawns then moans when I continue her eyes open and she looks up at me "Hey Zakula." I smile then bite down on her shoulder she wraps her arms around my neck then kisses me I kiss back and get on top of her and she starts kissing down my neck it had been a long three days and I know that we both needed this I grab her and pull her closer to me. She looks at me then slowly runs her hands down my chest I grab a handful of her hair then pull it hard enough she tilts her head back "Zak please." I couldn't wait and I wasn't going to make her wait either.

Mallory's POV

I get in the truck with Zak and Aaron we leave the hotel and I start driving home I keep tightening my grip on the steering wheel until Zak reaches over and holds my hand and gives it a squeeze I know that Zak is letting me know that everything is going to be okay. Aaron leans forward and props against Zak's seat and starts asking me all kinds of questions about the two-day event that will be going on in my hometown I mention all of the different food booths Zak and Aaron both seem really interested in where we were going the closer we get to my hometown the more nervous I get about Zak meeting my parents. I sigh and start thinking to myself October was three months away which meant my birthday was getting closer I usually didn't look forward to my birthday but this would be my first one with Zak and I had a really good feeling about it two and a half hours later we make it into my hometown I drive to the park and stop the truck after I've found a place to park then we all get out of the truck Aaron becomes like a kid in a candy store he leaves Zak and I behind. Zak walks up next to me and looks around "Let's see mustangs, jeeps, trucks, and people in letterman jackets welcome to small town life in Tennessee?" I laugh "It's home Zakula."

Kevin's POV

I was about to go crazy I had a lot going on AJ was in love with Mallory and he wrote a song for her that would be released in a few months and I couldn't tell Vanessa or Zak about the song. Mallory and Zak broke up for a whole month and she moved in and dated AJ I was surprised that Vanessa took the news so well I couldn't tell the rest of the guys because AJ hasn't told them anything about her I was the only one who knew it. I take a deep breath then run my hands through my hair I needed to talk to someone about this I pull out my phone find Brian's number then call him once he answers and we talk for a while I tell him everything I have going on. Brian is shocked and doesn't know what to say but I know I feel a lot better after having everything off my chest.
