Chapter 27

Kevin's POV
I put the last of the bags in the car get in and start driving toward the airport I look over at Vanessa who's looking out the window "What's on your mind?" She takes a deep breath "Just kind of sad about going home everything is going to be different since Mal isn't going to be there." I smile to myself I did hate that she was upset but I knew it was coming you could only keep best friends separated for so long now would be a good time to tell her about the surprise trip to Vegas so she could spend time with Mal again I give her hand a squeeze and she looks over at me. "I know that you have missed her a lot so instead of us going straight home we are flying out to Vegas and staying for a week so you can spend time with her before you go straight home." She sits up and looks over at me then she squeezes my leg "Really Kev you mean it?" I smile "Yes I mean it we are going to Vegas for a week." "Thank you Kev I love you so much." "I love you too Ness and you're welcome." She kisses me on the side of the neck and I can tell that she's happier now than she was five minutes ago hopefully the week in Vegas with Mal would make her even happier.

Zak's POV
I walk in the bedroom and see Mallory in the bed sleeping with only the sheet over her I walk over and sit on the bed then lean down and kiss her she moves around a bit then kisses back and wraps her arms around my neck. I get on the bed and she runs her hands under my shirt I pull it off and throw it in the floor she runs her hands down my back then I start kissing down her neck when she tilts her head back I bite down on the exposed skin and she lets out a moan. I feel her hands go down my chest in a few seconds she has my belt and jeans undone and they go in the floor along with my shirt we needed to enjoy this and do it a lot more often because with Kevin and Vanessa visiting for a week and the week after that we left to go on the lockdown and since I had agreed to meet her parents I was not going to try and do this in their house. I clear my thoughts and focus only on me and her because right now that's what mattered.

Vanessa's POV
I look out the window of the plane only a few more hours until we were in Vegas I couldn't wait to see Mal again I wanted to know how everything had been going these last few months I had a lot to tell her and I knew she would have a lot to tell me too. I turn away from the window and look over at Kevin sleeping I smile then lay my head on his shoulder the two of us had been through a lot to get here and part of us getting here was because we had help from our friends and two of those friends were Zak and Mallory I was happy that the two of them had gotten together. I let out a sigh since the flight was going to be a few more hours a nap was a good idea I yawn and scoot closer to Kevin and hold his hand I listen to his steady even breathing and his heartbeat and a few minutes later I fall asleep.

Mallory's POV
I let out a yawn and curl up closer to the warm source of heat which happens to be Zak he mumbles something then wraps his arms around me I smile then start kissing down his neck he opens his eyes and looks down at me. I start running my fingers through his hair he yawns "Hey sweetie." "Hi Zak." He smiles and I start tracing his tattoos he watches me and I look at him "Do they hurt?" He shrugs and shakes his head "It depends on the person and where they get them." I nod and keep tracing it "If you want one sweetie I think you should get one." I had always wanted tattoos I just hadn't ever went through with getting them I start biting my lip then I look up at Zak "If I got one will you go with me?" "I'd love to go with you for your first tattoo, I love being in bed with you but we really need to get up Kevin and Vanessa will be here in a few hours." I sit up "Really they're coming visit!!" Zak smiles "Surprise." I couldn't believe it I was getting to see my best friend again after being apart for months I couldn't wait to hear about her honeymoon and I had a lot to tell her about the last few months I wrap my arms around Zak's neck and kiss him "Thank you."
