Once In A Lifetime

Pool Party

Today was the day. The day we've been planning for weeks. The day of the pool party!

It seems to have taken forever, but we finally got the entire party planned out. The only problem is that Harry, Maddie, Mikey, Zoie, literally everyone in the house, is wanting me to sing. It took days of arguing, but I finally agreed to sing if another person sang with me. I hated singing in front of people, with people, all of it. Not to mention in front of famous singers! The 1D and 5SOS boys aren't going to be the only famous singers here... Ed Sheeran, The Vamps, All Time Low, and more. I don't know how I'm going to get through this alive...

I get to sing one song with Maddie, one song with Mikey, one song with Harry, and one song with Ash. Zoie refused to sing at all.

We had 30 minutes until the party started. It's starts at 10:30 P.M. and we've been getting everything ready all day. Now it was to get ourselves ready.

I decided to wear a really cute white two piece. It had strings tying around my neck and around my back. The top had lace ruffles, and so did the bottoms. I put on some waterproof mascara and put sea salt spray in my hair. I thought I looked good. I put on some white flip flops and the outfit was complete.

I walked out of the bathroom and into my room where Zoie stood scrolling through her phone. She looked AMAZING!

She was wearing a red two piece. It had strings tying around her neck and back. The bottoms were tied on each hip. She had her hair down framing her face. She decided to go natural with no makeup. She looked hot!

I started walking out the door when Maddie came in. She looked AMAZING too!!

She was wearing a purple and black Triangl suit. The bottoms had black on the edges, and the top had the shapes on them with the black outlining the shapes. She had French braided her hair. She put on some waterproof mascara, and the outfit was complete. She looked great.

We all walked downstairs to find the boys on the couch playing Call of Duty. They seemed to be obsessed with that game. Mikey was winning at the moment.

We all walked into the kitchen leaving the boys be. Zoie was watching the game, and I'm almost positive she wanted to go play. I did too. I opened the fridge to get some food, and when inturned around, Harry, Ash, and Brayden were standing there.

Harry came up behind me and put his arms around my waist and his chin on my head.

"You look great." He whispered.

I blushed.

"Thanks, so do you."

He was wearing a pink swimsuit.

"Remind me again why your wearing pink." I asked him.

"Because its your favorite color. I'll go change if you want."

"No, don't! It looks really good on you. And you match me." I said with a smile on my face.

"Whatever you say love."

I turned in his arms and hugged him. He was definitely the best boyfriend I've ever had.

I turned and looked around the kitchen and in the living room.

Zoie and Brayden were having an intense conversation, and Ash and Maddie were hugging.

"What's going on in that beautiful mind if yours?" Harry asked me.

"Just getting kinda nervous about the whole singing thing that I have to do later."

"Well, you get to sing with your friends and your amazing boyfriend, so don't worry about it."

"Such a shame my amazing boyfriend isn't here yet. Maybe he got stuck in traffic. Hmm." I said to him.

"I don't know, but he is a very lucky man. He must be handsome and smart and amazing."

"That he is."

"Okay lovebirds. If you don't mind, the party is starting." Mikey said.

I hadn't seen Luke at all today. He's been acting really weird. I wonder what that's all about.

Harry grabbed ahold of my hand, I grabbed Maddie's, Ash grabbed Maddie's, Zoie grabbed Ash's, Brayden grabbed hers and so forth. And that's how we walked out to the party full of famous people. Like 5- year olds.

We stepped outside, and I never expected it to look this good. The pool was full of glow in the dark balloons and glow sticks, there was a tent with beanbags, chairs, tables, surrounded by lights. The stage had white Christmas lights surrounding it. Someone had set up a bunch of strobe lights, and someone somewhere had brought a fog machine. The food table had everything you could ever want. From cheeseburgers to caviar. It looked amazing.

All of us split up to go walk around, and we planned to meet up at the food table in 20 minutes. I was already there.

"So my girlfriend's a pig?"

"I don't know what you're talking about." I said with a couple of chips in my mouth. I finally swallowed. "You know you love me." I gave him a hug.

"Whatever, let's go, there's someone I want you to meet."

"Okay..."

We walked around to the area with the chairs, that's where I saw a very familiar shade of red hair.

"Lily, Ed. Ed, my girlfriend Lily." Harry said.

"Wait. You're Ed Sheeran! Oh my gosh! I love your music! I'm such a big fan!"

"Thanks! And you're the famous Lily that Harry's been telling me all about!"

"Aww Harry! You tell your friends about me! What kind of stuff does he say about me?"

"I don't know what you're talking about. We should go!" Harry panicked.

"He goes on and on about how your eyes sparkle and when the light hits your hair just right, it glows." Ed said laughing. "You bring out the best in him. Great job. You guys deserve each other."

"Thank you." Harry and I both told him.

"Now let's go before you hear anything else that I've said about you Harry said.

"There's more!?!" I laughed.

"Lily!" I heard someone shout my name. I turned to see Ed running towards us.

"I heard that you're singing tonight. Good luck."

"Thanks. I definitely need it."

"I doubt that." He walked away.

Whatever. I am gonna need all the luck I can get of I'm going to be singing tonight.
