Awkward moments ⚠️

The phone rand suddenly, I picked up.
" hey Autumn!"
" hi lily!" I smiled.
" so have you got my A to D files? I need to give them to Hibbert!" I rolled my eyes at the sound of my hatred enemy.
" actually I think I do! I'll come to your and Sarah's office then"
" well I gotta give them to Hibbert so how about we meet half way?" Lily suggested.
" smart idea genius! I'll meet you there then" I smiled and out the phone down. I sorted through the files and found the ones lily needed before walking to meet her.
As we were on the bottom floor, I had a lot of space to see. I noticed her straight away, walking towards me. I was in such a good mood after Lee noticed me that I started dancing around in the space I had. Lily laughed.
Just when I was close I started hopping, but landed funny on my ankle, it snapped sideways. I fell over immediately. Pain shot up my leg and I winced, trying not to spurt tears. The world went all fuzzy and one minute lily was shocked and ran to me next she was shouting at me.
"AITUMN, ARE YOU OK? Autumn ? Please" I shook my head.
" I...I..." I couldn't speak.
" shall I get someone?"lily asked, worry painting her face.
" no... Well if you have to" I winced again, squinting my eyes together to stop the pain.
" I do" she ran around the corner and I concentrated on my ankle.
I wiggled it so it wasn't broken, but it put me in agony. It killed me.
" no Autumn, don't cry just stay put and relax that- ouch- ok yes it hurts just relax-" I saw lily running back to me with Sean by her side!
My heart skipped a beat and began beating faster than ever before. It felt like it had sunk to the bottom of my stomach. Out of everyone lily chose Sean to help me, I know she didn't know my situation but... It wasn't her fault.
My mouth dropped open and I started shaking against the wall.
Sean kneeled down next to me and lily watched from above. As if it couldn't get worse, Hibbert walked out.
" oh there you are lily, where are my files" she demanded impatiently. I closed my eyes and hoped that she didn't see me, why was it all so crazy in this place?"
" oh sorry here" lily sighed and walked over to her, placing files in her hand.
" yeah come with me, I wanna speak to you" Hibbert didn't even thank lily for them
" ok" Lily's face turned sour, no one liked Hibbert.
" ok, bye then Sean and- omg Autumn! Is your ankle broken?" She asked, immediately turning her frown into a smug smile.
" no well I erm..." I didn't quite know what to say but the pain was getting worse.
" wow it's probably just a publicity stunt to get Patrick back" she smiled again, brushing her short hair with her fingers.
" you think your so funny and pretty don't you? Well I don't want patrick or anyone back so go away you horrible-" I muttered, the pain and anger all adding up. Sean rubbed my arm and I stopped, I had gone way to far.
" well you can-"
" let's go" lily pulled Hibbert away and gave me a sorry smile behind her back. I smiled in return.
" what did you do now eh?" Sean smiled, he seemed so kindhearted but I couldn't trust him, not after what he did to me.
" I...tripped" I tried to relax but couldn't. I was in a empty space with Sean alone.
" right what ankle is it this one?" He asked pointing at the ankle that was stuck out slightly. I nodded.
He took his index finger and slowly rubbed it gently around the ball of my ankle.
I breathed in and felt clostrophobic. This was horrible, his hands were all over me again.
" relax love cupcake, it's all going to be ok" he smiled again and took his hand away, I breathed out. " now I'll just get my radio out and call the medical guy to bring a wheelchair." He said calmly, taking his radio off his belt holders.
I had visions of me being pushed by Sean in a wheelchair with a non broken ankle, everyone laughing at how much of a drama queen I was being.
" NO!" I shouted, shuddering at the idea. In panic I slapped his wrist hard, sending his radio skidding along the floor, I clapped my hand over my mouth. I was so stressed.
"What the hell did you just do?"I started breathing faster.
" I know why you're being like this Autumn, because you think people like Hibbert are watching, but they aren't really" he said calmly, holding my hands before I caused any other damage.
" please Sean there's no one here, I don need attention I'm fine" I persisted. I tried to stand up with one leg but ended up sliding down the glass and back on the floor.
" calm down, let me get my radio" he dropped my hands and stood up, walking to where I pushed his radio.
" no.." I muttered but he was already picking it up. I had another go at standing up, then another and another. I kept frantically trying to stand but couldn't, sliding down the glass Wall panels landing back on the floor.
Sen walked back over to me and patted my back
" let me call for a wheelchair" I noticed his thumb as sliding down the black radio onto the call button.
"Now or never Autumn, give it all you got" I thought. I pushed with my good foot up the floor, pushing my back and hands firmly against the wall. I pushed forward and off the wall. Rescuing my hurt foot, I placed it on the floor and put all my pressure onto the good foot. " IM FINE" I shouted.
" no Autumn, there could be more-" Sean began, I couldn't listen. instead I bolted for the stairwell, hurting my foot badly. I hobbled up the stairs and stood at the top, breathing out, hand shaking. Sean poked his head up the bottom of the stairs.
" please let me help Autumn, don't be shy" he soothed, saddened.
" no I don't need your help and never will" I sniffed harshly, hobbling all the way back to my office. I shut the door and hid underneath the glass panel out of view.
Katie wasn't in, probably on a job, so all the lights were off. I kept one eye on the door and saw Sean eventually walk past. He looked really upset.
I watched him walk to the other corridor and up the stairs back to his office, face painted with worry. I felt mean but had to do it.
I waited another few minutes before turning the lights on, sitting down and allowing my self to finally "relax Autumn"
Playing the moment over and over again made me shiver and my ankle was still killing my leg but I didn't care anymore. No one needed to know right?
" oh hey you're back, you took ages. I went to go and get a drink and you're finally back yay" Katie burst in, smiling her butt off.
" oh hey sorry we just got chatting" I lied, sweaty  fingers firmly crossed underneath the table.
"Oh it's ok" Katie and me started chatting and I managed to get through the day without  her finding out. I also managed to survive without anymore mishaps.  Thankfully lily kept the incident to herself.
That night I struggled to get to sleep. The event kept playing over and over in my head. I couldn't  believe Sean rubbing my ankle and being so worried and calm for me.it must have been a jackpot when lily told him about me hurt. He knew I was weak and would do anything he could to touch me and feel me like a married couple. I didn't want him rubbing and groping me, what could I do?
Part of me wondered what would have happened if Lee came to my rescue. What if he carried me around in a loved up style telling me it would all be ok? It would have been the best day of my life, even better than getting my job at the factory.
Although I was annoyed that I couldn't get to sleep that night, it was meant to be. As for that night I realised something I never thought I would realise. Lee was so enchanting, riveting and magical.
Sean was always such a typical boy, when I was around him u acted like one of the Boys in hope that he would love me more for it, even though I was a girly girl and always would be. At the time I thought he was the one for me and without him I'd be nothing. However now I realise I would never date anyone like Sean who I had to act like someone completely different around to love.
Patrick was ten times better, he was funny, cute and so loving. I could be true I myself around him. But only his words were romantic. Other than kissing he treated me like a friend and nothing more as he was way to shy. Part of me still loved him though.
Lee was different. He was so romantic and loving, funny and sexy. He made me feel pretty and I knew if we ever (I wished but knew it would never happen) hooked up, I knew he would treat me like a real lady. Lee was my ideal man, nothing like the others.
That night I realised, Lee was bigger than any crush u had ever had before. I wanted Lee more than I ever wanted Patrick and Sean and any other crushes.
Lee was the real one I wanted.

Hey guys, it's me!  Was this part up to your standards? So yes, Autumn officially got in the most awkward thing ever! Remember this is based on true events so SOMEONE had to live this.... Awkward. And of course Autumn realised how much she loved Lee. Will they ever get together? What will happen to Sean? What will happen? Omg it's killing me! Not really....
