"Have fun." I called out to my parents.

My mom gave me one last wave, before getting in the car. My dad pulled out of the driveway and drove off, heading to the location of their date night. I closed the door, having the whole house to myself. My brother was on a date with Bree and my parents are having a date night.

Most teenagers would invite their friends over, throw a party whenever the had the house to themselves. But in my case, I was studying for my test in History on Monday. Seeing as my dad is my teacher, I could get an easy cheat sheet, but according to my dad, it's not fair to the other students. So I'm stuck with studying and trying to pass by myself.

My phone vibrated twice, signaling that I had a text message. I set my pencil down and unlocked my phone.

Ben- Sucks you can't come to the show tonight love

Arabella- Stuck studying, maybe next show?

Ben- You bet, talk to you later, have to hit the stage!

I smiled and locked my phone, going back to studying.

I woke up to my phone vibrating at a rapid speed. I turned my phone on, seeing that it was midnight and that I had a bunch of text messages.

I quickly got off my bed and picked up my textbook, binder, and notebook, setting it on my desk. I looked in my mirror, fixing my bun, that was purposely messy to get the whole messy bun look. I walked down the stairs and to the front door and opened it. Denis looked up at me and smiled.

"Hi." He breathed.

"Hey." I smiled, allowing him to come inside. "Do you need anything? Water or something?"

"No I'm good." He chuckles.

I close the door and looked at him. It's been a while since Denis last came to my house and since we were alone.

"Do you want to go to my room?" I ask.

"Sure."

I nod my head, walking towards the stairs. He followed me up to my room in a comfortable silence. I sat on my bed and he did the same.

"How was the show tonight?"

Denis began to talk about the show and how great it was. He felt like that they were going to get noticed by someone soon and finally get signed to a record.

**

"I have something to tell you." I turn to my side, looking at Denis.

"And I'm going to listen to what you have to tell me."

"You've probably noticed this before we became friends. How I never really showed any emotion, talked to no one, always stayed to myself, didn't go to any social thing at school. There's a reason for all of that. I have Schizoid Personality Disorder.." I explain.

"I know." Denis said.

"You do?" I ask, eyes widening.

"Your mom told me the first time I came to your house. How she was shocked to see that you were starting to talk more and made friends with me." He explains.

"It started when I was ten." I turn and lay on my back. "One day  I was talking, laughing, smiling, had friends. The next day I started to laugh less, smile less, slowly detached myself from my friends. Day by day. My parents noticed, at first they didn't think it was serious. But when I didn't even talk to them, that's when they decided to take me to the doctors. I go to therapy every Tuesday, didn't really enjoy it at first. Now I kind of do. I didn't take my medicine at first, didn't see a need to. I was sick, I wasn't in pain, so I never took it. Now I do."

"Do you know why this happened to you?" He asks.

"I'm not sure. No one knows why one day I developed this disorder that had a huge affect on me. It just happened." I shrug.

"And then one day you decided that you weren't gonna be like that. That you were gonna smile, laugh, have friends."

"I guess you can say that." I mumble, smiling at Denis.

That's not really what happened. One day a boy decided that he was gonna try and break through the walls I had up. If it wasn't for that boy, would I have finally decided to take my medicine, decided to actually talk to someone, to become friends with people, to smile again? Who knows.

"Why did you try and become my friend?" I ask him.

I look at Denis, seeing that he was already looking at me. He tucked a strand of loose hair, behind my ear and caressed my cheek.

"Because I've noticed you Alexandria." He breathes.

I bite my lip, causing Denis to shake his head.

"Don't do that."

"Why? Because you want to do it yourself?" I ask, causing a chuckle from Denis.

"You remembered. But yeah I do. Really bad actually." He answers.

"Then why don't you?"

**

Yeah that is a very interesting question. Denis if you want to do it so bad, then why don't you? But don't worry, the day will come, when Denis will act on his words. Maybe under a mistletoe in December or in the next year.

This is the longest chapter in the story so far.

How many more chapters do you guys think there's left? Trust me when I say this, we're not even halfway done with this story. I'm kind of aiming for about 70 chapters, maybe less or more.
