Marinette held a tiny black kitten up to her neck, hugging it gently as it was about the size of a teacup. The Kitten reminded her of Chip from Beauty and the Beast. Little did she know another Chat Noir was waiting outside...
He leapt in through the balcony which Marinette had forgotten to close. His eyes narrowed at the cat, his hackles bushing up, barley enough for the kitten to notice who was too busy playing with Marinette. "Oh Hey, Chat Noir!" Marinette said innocently, not removing her gaze from the cute little fur ball she had set down on her rug. Chat Noir could feel a deep hole burning into his heart which was called Jealousy.
"You okay?" Marinette awoke him from his deep thoughts, obviously noticing his troubled expression.
Chat Noir straightened, "Yes," he said in a sour tone, his gaze flickering from the kitten to Marinette.
Marinette noticed and began to grin, trying not to laugh. "Kitty, are you Jealous?" She asked, amusement making her voice crack.
Chat Noir huffed and puffed up his chest, "No!" He said defensively, crossing his arms while avoiding Marinette's gaze.
Marinette stopped laughing and gave him a sweet, soft smile which surprised Chat Noir since he never saw her like this as Adrien. The petite bluenette flung her arms around the feline hero's neck and pulled him into a hug.
"You will always be my favorite, Kitty."
She whispered, making Chat Noir's cheeks and tips of his ears heat up.
