i didn't know i could feel like this.

i feel free.

i'm alive again.

i'm learning how to deal with the pain.

how to accept what i can't change.

to stop worrying about what happened or what could happen.

because what's the point?

there isn't one.

it gets you no where.

stay in the moment.

live in the present.

i've learned to except my emtions.

i've learned that there is no right way to feel, no wrong way to feel.

it's okay to feel whatever it is your feeling.

it all matters on how you act on the emtions.

tolerate what you must.

but still stand up for what you believe in.

suffering is different than pain.

i don't have to suffer.

i don't need to drown in my sorrows.

all i have to do is accept.

i have to live my life for me and for the ones i love.

i need to find what i love.

find something to live for.

i'm setting my priorities.

and accepting the demands in life.

but i won't have to much of both.

i must find the balance.

i'm learning how to balance my life.

i'm learning how to finally live life.
