CHAPTER 14: ALONE
It was the first time Griffin left me alone.
I wasn’t really scared.
It’s the fact that he left me alone like he trusts me.
I wanted to find a way to escape but I didn’t want to go anywhere without him.
I wanted to follow him anywhere.
I think things that I shouldn’t. I dream things that I shouldn’t. I want things that I shouldn’t and its all because of one thing--- I do care about him.
What we were doing there. It wasn’t lust I felt.
It was love.
Real love. Cold one.
Forbidden.
My thoughts got interrupted when I heard wings flapping from the window.
“Could it be Griffin?” I thought to myself.
I walked towards the window and before I opened it, I fixed my hair and untidy my dress.
I reached for the window and pushed it.
Black smoke appeared and the window disappeared.
I looked up and my smile disappeared as I saw to demons grinning at me.
