CHAPTER 31: DESTRUCTION OF THE GATE

“Are you ready, Demons?” Paige asked. “We’re near the Angel’s gates.”

The Demons cheered from behind.

Paige looked at the Master.

“Master, will we be able to penetrate the gates?” she asked.

“Leave it to me,”

“You can’t pass the gates!” Hannah said. “Or I’ll fight you.”

“Finish her off,” the Master ordered.

Hannia flew towards Hannah and reached out for her as she stabbed her in the side.

Hannia smiled as she watch the light leave Hannah’s eyes.

“Puny Angel,” Maya laughed.

Hannah fell as she closed her eyes. She smiled peacefully as her wings slowly turned into ashes. Tears fell off her eyes and the Demons watch her ashes rise and start to glitter and it turned to a star.

The Demons gasped.

There was a loud lightning as the star placed itself in the skies.

“What was that?” Paige asked.

“It’s the Goddess of the Skies,” a voice from behind said.

Paige looked from behind her.

“William,” she said.

He had dirty blonde hair and his wings we’re very dirty. His feathers scattered around and he was wearing a white polo complete with a black necktie.

“Professor William,” Hannia said. “What are you doing here?”

“As a Professor and an expert of Angels. I think I’ll be useful around here,” he said.

The Master nodded.

“Alright,” the Master began. “Enough.”

“Wait!” he heard Griffin yell.

Paige smirked and raised her arms toward Griffin.

She gasped.

He was with Needa and their wings were brushing together.

She lowered her arm.

Maya turned around and she clenched her knuckles together as she saw Griffin’s arm wrapped around Needa.
