Chapter 7

Giselle's pov
Bellamy, Finn, Murphy, Sterling, Monroe and I are interrogating the Grounder. In the bunker Finn lead us to.
"We're gonna do this again and this time you're gonna stop screwing with us. Where did you find this?" Bellamy asked
"I told you, I found it outside your camp." The grounder said
"He's lying. She would never take it off voluntarily." Finn said
"I know." Bellamy said moving to put his arm around my shoulder in comfort.
"Where is the girl who was wearing this watch!?" Finn yelled
"I never saw a girl." The grounder said
"Another lie.Maybe you should stop asking him nicely." Murphy said
"Shut up Murphy. Where are our friends? You took them we know you did just tell us where?" Bellamy said
"Murphy's right, we're wasting time." Finn said as he strikes the grounder in the head with the gun.
"Answer the question!" Finn yelled
"Finn!" I yelled
"Hey! Hey!" Bellamy said
"Where is the girl who was wearing this watch?!" Finn yelled again making me jump slightly.
"Finn, stop. We don't want to do this trust me. There are some lines you can't uncross." Bellamy said Finn begins to beat the grounder
"Where is Clarke!? Where is she?!" Finn yells
"Finn, back off!" Bellamy said making a move towards him. Finn aims a gun at Bellamy
"Bellamy" I yelled frightened
"Put down the gun Finn." Bellamy said calmly. Finn re-aims it at the grounder.
"    3 seconds! 2! 1!" Finn said to the grounder.
"Ok! Ok! I'll tell you, your friends are east of here the village where we take our prisoners of war." The grounder said
"    East, where? How do we get to them?" Finn asked
" I can draw you a map. You should hurry, soon they'll outlive their usefulness." The grounder said
"Get him something to draw a map." Finn said. Monroe hands him a piece of paper
"You thought I was the crazy one, huh?" Murphy said.
"Are you okay?" I asked bellamy walking to him and hugging him
"I'm fine. Not so sure about finn though" bellamy said
"Bastard can rot in hell. He's scaring the shit out of me" I whispered to Bellamy
"You don't mean that" Bellamy said
"No I don't, but he is scaring me. What the hell is wrong with him? I think Murphy's right finns crazy." I said

Monty's POV
Jasper and I are sitting in the Mess Hall. We are approached by Maya.
"You find out something?" I asked her.
"    What is it?" Jasper asked seeing Mayas face.
"Apparently Clarke had some sort of breakdown, just snapped. Started pulling out her stitches trying to hurt herself." Maya said
"Where is she now?" I asked
"Psych ward being monitored. Talked to a friend who works there think it might be a couple days before anyone is allowed to see her." Maya said
"We'll see about that." I say and gets up and leaves.

Clarke's POV
I am being led back inside by guards.
"I saw everything, I know what you're doing to them." I said
"    That's why you're going in the Harvest Chamber with them. Alpha building two, we've reached the intake, one prisoner in custody." The guard said the last part in a walkie talkie
"Your mission was to bring back both of them. The outside can not leave this base. Alpha one is coming out now." Another guard said on the walkie talkie. Anya appears from above ripping the helmets off the guards, killing them
"I found a way out this way!" Anya said running away.I grab the dead guard's gun and run after Anya. Anya and I finally reach the exit which is a huge dam.
"Wait there has to be another way!" I said
"    There isn't!" Anya said
"    Give up Clarke, there's no place left to go." A guard says walking up behind us. Anya jumps over the dam
"We don't have to do this Clarke, you hear me? Doesn't have to end like this." The guard says. I put down the gun raising my arms in surrender but then jumps off the gorge into the water below.

Abby's POV
Jackson is treating my burns in medical. Kane enters
"    Thank you, Jackson." I said Jackson leaves.
"So, did it work? Is the rest of the camp back in line?" I asked
"    This wasn't something I-I considered lightly" Kane said
"You don't have to justify yourself, I broke the rules and accept the consequences. But you can lash me 100 times and I will still do whatever it takes to find those kids, my kid. I'm not the only one hurting Giselle wants her sister back. You should have helped her" I said
"    I know that." Kane said
"Then I guess we're done here." I said and gets up and turns away.
"    I'm leading a mission to bring them back. This won't be a bunch of kids looking to start a fight but a diplomatic mission to make contact with the Grounder's Commander and negotiate for peace. I'm taking the grounder prisoner with me to guide the way." Kane said
"Marcus, he could be leading you into a trap." I said to kane
"Perhaps but, it will give us a chance. I did hear you, you know?" Kane said
"    Then I'll go with you." I said
"No, no, you're needed here at camp." Kane said
"Oh Jackson can handle medical." I said
"    It's not just your medical expertise that will be required. I need to know that while I'm away you'll set a good example." Kane said
"If you do this I'll be a model citizen?" I asked
"No, I need you to be more than that. I need you to be Chancellor." Kane said. He passes me the Chancellor's pin.
"Please, Abby. For your people." Kane said

Giselle's POV
Bellamy and I am observing the map drawn by the grounder.
"Gather up the gear. We're leaving." Bellamy said
"    What about him?" Sterling asked
"No, we leave him, deal with him when we're done." Bellamy said
"And what if he escapes? He knows exactly where we're going?" Murphy said
"We're not killing him!" Bellamy said
"I don't really see another option. If we don't care of this now it'll blow back on us and you know that." Murphy said
"He's unarmed, Murphy." I said
"He's a grounder. Really come on tell them!" Murphy said
"I don't know." Monroe said
"You don't know what? He's gonna tell his people everything, we're as good as dead. Our friends too." Murphy said
"We're not doing this, end of discussion. You want him you go through me." Bellamy said
"And me" I said standing beside Bellamy.
"What exactly happened to you, you're acting like you've never killed a grounder before." Murphy said
"That was in battle. This would be an execution" bellamy said. A gunshot is heard and the grounder falls over dead. Shot by Finn.
"Let's get moving." Finn said Storming off. I looked worriedly at Bellamy. He grabbed my hand and squeezed it in comfort.

Octavias POV
I am in the Woods Clan territory. Nyko approaches me.
"    If you're gonna kill me get it over with." I said
"You prove yourself well, Octavia of the Sky People, we'll let you live." Nyko says. He takes my hand pulling me up.
"Lincoln was a good man, he was my brother." Nyko says

Third person
A Reaper is seen being injected with the red drug
"Alright next, move along." A mount wheather guard says
Dr. Tsing looks at all the captured grounders and started pointing to them.
"    Harvest, harvest, harvest. Mark this one for the Cerberus Program." Dr. Tsing says Lincoln is seen to be the last grounder she was referring to.
