Chapter 29

Monty's pov
"Please stop. She's too weak." I said
"Don't. Don't. Not again." Harper said as Dr. Tsing came at her with the drill again.
"Put that down. Get away from that girl." The presidents voice rang through the room.
"Jasper!" I called seeing him
"Monty!" Jasper said
"Release him." President Wallace said
"Open it. Open it! I was so worried." Jasper said hugging me
"The ground is our birthright. You can't keep us from that." Dr tsing said
"Watch me. Lock her up." President Wallace said
"Yes, sir." A guard said
"Go back to the dorm and tell your friends to pack their things. You're going home." President Wallace said

Kane's pov
"Please answer the question." I said
"Carl Emerson, Mount Weather security detail." Emerson said
"As you already said. You don't seem to be grasping the situation here. You should've died in the woods. We saved your life. Why not help us bring an end to all this?" I said
"Carl Emerson, Mount Weather security detail." He repeated
"He's not gonna talk." Clarke said
"He will if we open the door.We need to know what he knows-- vulnerabilities, troop numbers. " I said

Giselle's pov
"There are three hundred and eighty-two people inside this mountain. If any of them realize you're not one of us, you're dead. We're on level two. The dorm is on five. There's a camera in the upper right-hand corner. Keep your heads down." Maya said to us
Hold the elevator. Hey, Maya. You know, I missed you in my expressionists class." A guy said as he entered the elevator
"Yeah. I-- I had some work to do." Maya said
"Hey, you're bleeding. You okay?" The man said to bellamy
"You were exposed. We need to retrace your steps and find the breach. You better go." Maya said. Directly the last part to the guy.
"What about you?" The man said
"This is my job. I'll be fine." Maya said
"You should come with me" the man said to me.
"He's my boyfriend I'm not going anywhere" I said
"You might be exposed" the man said
"I'll be fine go" I said and the man left
"He was to nice I don't trust him." I said once the man was out of hearing range.

Cages pov
"Still no word from Emerson?" I asked one of the guards.
"Uh-uh." He responded
"There's something wrong. The team at Tondc hasn't checked in, either."
"Tell me Dr. Tsing was working alone." President Wallace said walking in the room.
"I can't do that. We've accomplished great things." I said
"You've accomplished nothing. You're a stain on our legacy." President Wallace said
"Our legacy? We've been bleeding people to stay alive for generations. That's our legacy. What we've done is gonna get us out of this prison. How could you not want that for us?" I said
"You betrayed me. You betrayed us all. Take him into custody." President Wallace said
"I never wanted it like this. All I wanted was to give you your dream." I said
"I gave you an order." President Wallace said as the guards didn't move.
"I'm sorry." A guard said
"They take their orders from me now. Everyone wants to go to the ground. You can't blame them. Put my father in quarantine." I said
"Yes, Mr. President."the guard said.

Third person
"This is Jasper Jordan. We need help. Forty-seven of us are trapped inside Mount Weather." Jaspers voice said through the radio.

Clarkes pov
"Yeah. I can totally replicate this frequency." Raven Said
"Good. If we can neutralize the Reapers, the tunnels are an option. Get on it." I said
"You don't need to give me orders, Clarke. I got this." Raven said
"Raven, any word from Bellamy?" Octavia asked
"Nothing yet." Raven said
"Lincoln is still missing, too. He should be back by now. And Giselle I can't find her anywhere. I looked everywhere for her" octavia said.
"Lincoln and bellamy will be okay. As for Giselle I'm sure she's around somewhere"
"They better be. Your whole plan rests on Bellamy getting in." Raven said
"He will." I said
"Clarke I looked everywhere for her" octavia said
"Octavia Giselle will be fine. She's a big girl" I said
"Councillor Kane and Clarke Griffin, please report to the south airlock immediately." A voice said over the P.A.
"We'll finish this later." I said to octavia going to the south air lock
"Did he say something?" I heard Kane ask as I got there
"No... but his blood did. Jackson found genetic marker anomalies that can only come from someone who was born on the Ark." Abby said
"It's started." I said
"It didn't come from the blood transfusion that we gave him?" Kane asked
"No. I took the sample before that." Abby said
"They're bleeding my friends." I said
"We don't know that." Kane said
"Yes, we do. We were genetically engineered. They weren't." I said going to try get get Emerson
"What are you doing?" Kane asked
"Killing him. Get out of my way, Kane." I said
"Calm down." Kane said
"Clarke... You are not in charge here. We do things my way." Abby said.
