Nakaupo na kami sa receiving area ng opisina ni Atty. Zarenel Torres na ayon kay bossing ay pinakamagaling na abogado sa bansa.

Atty. Torres was actually seated just in front of us. He was looking intently at bossing and I and I actually feel uncomfortable with his intense gaze. He looks serious and formidable and he has this certain aura around him that says he is untouchable.

Sure, he looks handsome (but bossing is way better than him, may I clear) but he's the silent-snob type of guy and he also looks mysterious. Parang ang hirap niya ring basahin kaya medyo nakakakaba siya.

When his eyes settled on me, I automatically gripped bossing's arm and moved closer towards him. Nag-iwas ako ng tingin sa kaniya at tiningala ang katabi.

Zach was frowning while looking down at me. "What's wrong, ganda?"

I leaned nearer to him to whisper. "Nakakatakot siyang tumingin."

Mabilis na tumingin si Zach kay attorney at binigyan ito ng isang masamang tingin. "Torres, ayusin mo nga yang tingin mo."

Atty. Torres just gave him a blank stare as if he doesn't care what Zach had said. Instead, he picked up the papers on the table and turned his attention to it.

Nakahinga ako ng maluwag doon kahit paano. But I am still a little bit anxious of his presence.

"You want to file a rape case against Jacob Marasigan, the CEO of Marasigan Construction Co." panimula nito. He looked at me again.

"Yes, we want. It's still possible, right? Kahit six years na ang nakalipas at hindi nakapagfile ng case back then?" anang Zach.

Naramdaman ko ang mahigpit na paghawak ni Zach sa aking kamay. Nilingon ko siya at nginitian ng bahagya dahil halata ang pag-aalala sa kaniya.

But honestly after going to church and talking to God, I don't feel too anxious about sharing. Plus, abogado ko naman siya at tutulungan niya akong makuha ang hustisya kaya kailangan ko siyang pagkatiwalaan.

Plus, babayaran siya ni bossing ng malaking halaga kaya kailangan niyang magtrabaho. My bossing is really my Super Bossing.

Sinagot ko naman si Atty. Torres. Ikinwento ko na rin sa kaniya ang nangyari at kung bakit hindi ako nagfile ng kaso. He was just listening attentively to my story. Ipinagtataka ko lang ay hindi siya nagte-take notes at para ngang hindi siya kumukurap.

After I finished narrating, I leaned a little closer towards bossing again to whisper. "Natandaan niya ba lahat yun? Hindi niya ba kailangang magsulat ng important notes?"
