Lilly: 

I was so sleepy and tired. I feel like someone ran me over with a truck, but Arial wants to go to the park to meetup with jasmine so that's what's going to happen.
"Aman I'm taking Arial to the park" I said to Aman who was typing away on his laptop.
"Take Shawn with you"
Shawn was my security guard who made sure I didn't run off and didn't contact Yousef or anyone.
"All this time we've spent together and you still don't trust me?"
"I will once you sign those divorce papers"
"I told you I have to wait till this year is up or my parents will get suspicious"
"I trust you Lilly. I just want my girls to be safe, so please take Shawn"
Hearing him say 'my girls' made chills run through my body. I wanted to snap and say that me and Arial were not his girls and never will be but all this time I've spent trying to earn his trust will go down the drain. I was so close to finding a way to escape from this nightmare but something keeps coming up.
"Aman I feel weird having someone follow me. Plus, everyone states at me" I said with a pout. I know he can't say no to me when I pout.
"Fine. But be careful and don't do anything stupid you'll regret later"
"Aman you have nothing to worry about, I'm yours okay? If I wanted to do something I wouldn't have waited five months" kill me now, please
"That's true. I love you babe"
"Okay, bye" I said as I walked away hoping he wouldn't kiss me. I still can't seem to make myself say those three words to him, every time I've tried id get chocked up. If only I can't say those words to him, maybe he'll trust me more and give me more freedom.
I put Arial's shoes on for her and rushed out of the house before he can change his mind. That guy isn't the Aman I fell for years ago, I feel like I don't even know him anymore.

*At the park*

The weather was so beautiful today. I'm thankful for Arial and her play dates or else id always be inside drowning in work. I guess being with taken by someone doesn't change the fact that you have deadlines to meet.

I brought my laptop with me so I can do some work while Arial plays but for some reason I had this urge to walk. It's not often that me and Arial get to leave the house, should I really be doing work?

I was going back and forth in my head about what I should do when I heard a familiar voice say my name.

"Lilly?" she said staring at me like she couldn't believe her eyes.

"sim? oh, my god" I said as I got up and hugged her.

I know I'm supposed to hate her and Yousef but it's been so damn long since I last saw her. I've missed them so damn much.

"don't act like you miss me" she said as she pushed me away.

I'll be honest I was hurt but what else did I expect? I broke her and Yousef and just walked away five months ago,

"sim, I missed you so damn much"

"its Simmi to you and cut the shit Lilly, Yousef isn't around"

"wait how'd you know I'd be here?'

"I didn't. Liza called me and asked me if I can bring jasmine here because her and David were too busy"

"wait, no one saw you, right?' I said starting to freak out. Hopefully Aman didn't send Shawn after me or else all hell is going to break lose.

"what are you talking about?"

"my guard. He reports everything back to Aman"

"so, you were telling the truth that day, weren't you? you really left Yousef, a kind caring man to be with your ex? you're messed up, you know that?"

"what? NO! none of the things I said that day were true sim, I swear. Didn't you get my letter?"

"yo mean this one?" she said pulling out the letter I wrote while sitting in Aman's car "you can do better than this Lilly. you expect us to believe this?"
