Lin's POV
"She's done remarkably well in therapy. She's gained eight pounds since we put her on leave, and Carleigh and Ariana have been around her a lot and they both say that's she's been much better." Tommy says, shutting his computer."How so?"
"She goes for coffee with them, meets them in the morning and walks part of the way. She has a boyfriend and back to her old self, and is even more comfortable around them it seems. Her therapist says that she cracked when she tried to take those pills and now thing seem to be just getting better." Kelsey is still too small. It was a concern from the beginning because we thought she might stand out and the reason we gave her the costume that was poorly made. She fit it best. But she blended at first just fine. That's why I love our cast. Everyone here fits because it's diverse. It was when she looked sick and weak that she stood out more. And poorly because despite her abilities, it looked like we put a sick teenager up there. And we did before finally taking her out to get better. I haven't seen her all too much since her birthday but there's more color to her and she doesn't look as weak.
"Good."
"We can let her back."

Kelseys POV
"Ahh! I'm so glad you're back." Carleigh says as I put my bag down. I smile and take off my jacket."I'm very glad to be back. But I'm also incredibly sore from rehearsing." I say, cracking my back.
"Oh, wow. You're stiff."
"You should have heard it this morning. I woke Nick up with it." Nick lives with a roommate but spends a lot of time at my apartment. They think I like it because he's my boyfriend and all but I hate it. I take put my make up as we talk about times we have been sore and our conversation just becomes us singing and dancing to the radio. I put my make up in the corner of my spot, neatly and two photos in the mirror. I'm tired and I want to just sleep but I sip my coffee and pretend that I'm not. I am excited to perform, though and I have a great day. I don't totally mess up and fall on my ass or anything, and I don't forget any lyrics. I take a picture at the end with Carleigh and post it and tag her saying,
I'm so glad to be back!
And that is no lie.

I get less notes then I used to. It's been a week and a half that I've been back and people finally stopped worrying. I'm like everyone else now. At least out loud but I can't read minds. Even then, I'm sure it's fine."Wonderful dance." Phillipa says as Ari hits her final pose of her fun little ten second dance.
"Carleigh jumps up and continues as the music quietly plays in the background and someone takes a selfie.
"Kelsey, smile." I glance at her and smile, hyper.
"I need to change. It's like- midnight." I say. Everyone looks over at the clock.
"Oh, shit." Pippa is the only girl in here in normal clothing. The back of my costume is undone and some people are half changed but none of us fully. I take it off and put a black hoodie on. Then I take off the chocker and replace it with my own.
"Ohhh." Emmy says before I clip mine on, covering a hickey. I roll my eyes. "I thought you were catholic."
"I'm not entirely devoted to my religion. I go to church like eight times a year."
"Six more then most people."
"True." I put my notes on my bag and grab my jeans. Once I've changed, with one accidental but worried glance from Pippa at my cuts, which are scaring, though I'm using cream to prevent and fade them. I head out with Carleigh and we get hot chocolate on the way back.
"I need to go to physical therapy in the morning." I say before sipping it. "Before my body just dies on me."
"Me too. But I never took a break." She jokes.
"Teaching that fourth grade class in no break." I defend myself. "Those kids are monsters." The others that I taught were okay, but the fourth grade class had a sugar problem. She laughs.
"Well, you don't have to teach it now."
"Thank god." We talk about dance classes when we were younger and I listen to stories as we leave the coffee shop.
"So what's with the chocker." She asks only a few minutes before we depart. I thought I'd get away with it.
"I can't wear a chocker?"
"You only wear lace ones. You told me that a while ago. And then I heard you in the dressing room."
"Oh, just leave it be. He's my boyfriend. Can I not wear chokers or be kissed by my boyfriend."
"Yeah. Just a kiss. Sure." I roll my eyes. I've felt the need to do that a lot lately.
"I'll see you tomorrow, okay?"
"Okay, be careful. Text me when you get back."
"I will. Bye."
