y/n’s POV:

Harry and I have been hanging out a lot recently. One Direction is no longer recording at the studio I work at anymore. I knew it was temporary, but time went by really fast.

Justin and I decided to clear all of our plans for the day to hang out together, just us. I haven’t seen him since last week or so. I was still staying at Demi’s place. Demi wasn’t home, and Max was hanging out with his friends. Justin is supposed to be here to pick me up any minute now…

The doorbell rang. I opened the door and there was Justin. He looked up from his shoes and smiled.

“Hey, y/n” he greeted me with a warm hug.

                “Hi! Come in,”

“I didn’t get to talk to you all week, so what what’s new?”

“Eh, nothing much. The band is gone so I’m back to working in your studio!”

Justin’s eyes kind of widened. “Full time?”

I nodded, smiling and waiting for that hug that he always gave me when he’s really happy about something.

“That’s great!” he said, tackling me with a big hug that lifted me up. “I missed you so much,” he voice got softer.

I wrapped my arms around his neck. “I really missed you too,”

Things were starting to get intimate in the room, so we let go, and cleared our throats awkwardly.

“U-uh… Well, let’s get going.” he said, leading me out the door.

I got in his car and he drove us off. We were going to the boardwalk that just opened.

“You know there’s gonna be a lot of people there, don’t you?”

                “Yeah, so?”

“So… what if you get mobbed by fans?”

“Um… Just hope that doesn’t happen, I guess.” he said with a lazy shrug.

“Justin, you have to take this seriously. I mean, I know we’re there to have fun, but it could get dangerous and someone can get hurt.”

He put his hand on my shoulder and smiled. “Don’t worry about it. If it happens, there’ll be tons of security guards there.”

                I hesitated. “Ok, then.”

We arrived. It was the grand opening, and it looked pretty cool with all of the attractions and stuff.

“We’re here!” Justin said as we got out of the car.

“Yay! C’mon let’s go!” I said eagerly. Justin laughed because he knew how much I was looking forward to the opening of this boardwalk.

It was 30 minutes since we got here, and Justin hasn’t gotten that much attention yet, surprisingly. But then, Justin accidentally bumped into this one girl.

“Oh, I’m sorry, excuse me.” Justin said, trying to get through the crowd.

                “It’s ok—wait.”
