In my timeline,
Rosaliana making it to London at the same time the twins do too is September 16 (Wed). Rosaliana meeting Jacob is September 20 (Monday).
A month past, October 20, Rosaliana shouts at Jacob [Chp. 23].
A week past which will be the same day Chp. 25, 26 and 27 are happening.
Tuesday 27.

Basically, we are on October 27, 1868, Tuesday.
