Peter Pan's POV

I watched her as she swam from the ship and into Neverland. She was quite entertaining. She also ran as fast as she can through into the woods. I was really shocked by her energy. She swam for a long while in the sea and now she's running. I smirked. She's going to be a very good addition.

She caught my attention again when I saw her lying in the grass. She was panting and I could see that she was really tired now. I saw that she held her legs and I understood that they probably hurt now. I stayed there in my spot until I made sure that she was already asleep.

When she was, I went to her side. I've only now realized that she was crying. I wiped them away from her face and carried her to camp. I laid her in the cage since even if she doesn't know it, she was actually the very first child here in Neveland. She has the same magical powers that I have. She might use those powers to fight back when she wakes up.

I don't know why but I feel so curious when I'm around her. I have this urge to always stare at her, to study her features. Such desires have never even crossed my mind until now. So everyday, when I have my free time which is all the time, I go to her and watch her as she sleeps.

I got worried the second day she was here. She was still asleep and if I didn't see her chest rising and falling, I would've believed that she was dead. I didn't really know what else to do other than watch her which isn't boring. I was really anxious for her to wake up. Then I thought that maybe she might be hungry when she does. I thought of a basket of berries. It had every type of berries. Blueberries, strawberries, I even added some grapes here and there. I ate some while I was looking at her. At the end of the day, she was still asleep and the basket was already empty.

I looked at her one last time before I left. She still won't wake and and I'll just check up on her tomorrow. When I came back to the cage to see if she's awake, I was shocked that she already was. I hid myself behind the bushes to see her reaction. She seemed scared but who wouldn't be?

"Glad to see you're finally awake," I said. I saw her look around. Clearly looking who the voice came from. "You were asleep for three days and I thought you were dead."

"Who are you? Show yourself!" She commanded. I smirked. She will really be a good addition.

I did as she asked and stepped into the limelight. I saw that she seemed a little shocked and she was staring at me. She was eyeing me up down. It was quite nice to get this attention. I've always known that I've had this charm. But what surprised me was that she cried.

Why would she be crying?

I felt myself getting a little tense. For the first time, I didn't know what to do. I wanted to comfort her. I don't know why and I don't know how. So I just stood there watching her with curiousity. When she remembered that I was there watching her, she wiped her tears.

"Who are you?" She asked.

"I am Peter Pan," I replied.

"It's you," she said looking into my eyes. I was a little confused by what she meant.

Does that mean that she knows me?

"I just swam away from a ship. They were searching for you. They said that they were going to use you to rule over the world," she added.

I chuckled. "They think that they could boss me around. No." Those fools that she was with are exactly what I said they are. Fools. Then my focus was back on the girl as she continued speaking.
