A/N: Three announcements:

1) This imagine was inspired by a short story which I'll share. Since it's New Year, my family and I did spring cleaning. My mom told me to take the curtains since she's going to put on new ones. But the curtains were really high and I had to climb a desk to reach it. As I was taking off the curtains, I began to sing Falling For Ya from Teen Beach Movie. As I was doing it, I had the idea for this imagine.

2) Please check out Onceuponxtime's works. Her Once Upon A Time Imagines and her (Season 7) Alice X Reader book.

3) If you're a Teresa lover, then this new book I have published and completed, "Teresa Is An Innocent," is for you. If you hate Teresa with every fiber of your body but wanted to check out the book, be nice to it. Please reader please.

Once again, it's February and prom is getting near. For girls, it's going to be the night of all their dreams while for boys, it's the night of their nightmares. Girls will wonder about their dresses and their dates while the boys will try to muster up the courage to ask their girl that they want to be with.

(Y/N)'s biggest problem was the prom but it wasn't about getting dates or having the perfect night. Her biggest problem was making the night perfect for all the students. (Y/N) was the leader of the decorating committee for the prom.

The prom was going to be held at the gym. Now, she was sitting in the gym trying to imagine how she wants it to look like. There was no one else there and she was listening to some songs in her phone as she was thinking since music helps her muster up random ideas.

In a matter of seconds, (Y/N) already had already thought of perfect decorations for the gym. She shot up and bolted off to tell her team-who's also thinking of their own ideas-of the idea that she just had. A person who's on the decorating team is one of her classmates, Thomas, along with a few others.

(Y/N) has known Thomas since preschool. They would talk occasionally but they aren't that close. She has her own group of friends while he has his. But if they would ever want to make a conversation with each other, it's something that they could do. But things have changed a little between (Y/N) and Thomas.

When they were Grade 5, Thomas made it known to the entire school that he had a crush on (Y/N). (Y/N) was flattered that he had a crush on her but sadly, she didn't feel the same way about him at the time. Thomas was understanding but he said that he would wait for her, and that he believes that she'll fall for him one day.

Thomas would sometimes make a few moves with (Y/N) and try to flirt with her. It was normal with (Y/N) at this stage of her life that she's known Thomas. She would just laugh at his cute attempts of flirting with her and she would always say, "Not yet." Meaning that she doesn't feel the same way about him yet.

She sort of hates that she's giving him false hope, but she just wishes that maybe Thomas will stop torturing himself with liking a girl who might not like him back. That he will find someone who will like him too.

"Thomas!" (Y/N) called out to him in the cafeteria which was out in the open.

There she saw Thomas conversing with one of his best friends, Dylan. Thomas heard her calling out to him and his ears perked up at the sound of her voice. His face lit up and Dylan no longer had his attention.

"Oh, sorry," she apologized for disturbing them. "Dylan can I borrow Thomas?"

"Sure," he smiled a mischievous smile. "Are you going to ask Thomas to the prom?"
