76) Nightmares (Dylmas Imagine)

A/N: Yes here I am updating once more. I've just gotten a lot of free time since I sprained my second toe since I landed wrong in a grande jete last Sunday and they made me rest for a week or two and I'm not allowed to put any weight on my foot. So I'm not going out that much these past few days.

So enough of me. Let's go to the topic of this imagine.

Yes you've read the title right, this is a Dylmas Imgaine. I ship Newtmas really but I haven't though of a good scenario for them, yet. They're my OTP. It's pretty weird, like I want Newt but I also want him with Thomas. Tis weird but fangirl life is very weird. So since I ship Newtmas, I also low key ship Dylmas.

So basically this imagine is about Dylan is having nightmares because of his accident while filming TDC last year and Thomas, his boyfriend, is comforting him. I've wanted to write this imagine for so long, I've just always forgotten it 😅. But I remembered it when I've heard about what Dylan is going through. It's a little heartbreaking really but he's fighting. That shank is a fighter.

Thomas woke up on his and Dylan's bed since he felt someone shaking right beside him. He knows that it was Dylan with his nightmare or night terrors, as they call it. Dylan has changed ever since the accident. He still tried to be the same sweet and fun Dylan but there are moments when he just becomes really reserved. He doesn't want to talk to anyone. He pushes them away but the only person who can break down his walls is Thomas, his boyfriend.

Dylan started to scream, completely waking up Thomas. Thomas looked at his boyfriend with concern and tried to take him up. Dylan jerked more when Thomas touched him and he was now fighting him. Thomas tried to pin Dylan down but the boy was strong, very strong.

"Dylan! Dylan!" Thomas yelled. "Dylan please wake up! Please baby wake up!" He pleaded.

Dylan continued to thrash and yell while Thomas kept on trying to pin him down. In a matter of seconds, Dylan opened his eyes and stopped struggling beneath Thomas's grip.

"Thomas?" Dylan's eyes were laced with confusion.

"Yes," Thomas breathed out. "Yes Dylan. It's me. It's just me. It was just a dream Dylan you're safe. You're alright."

Thomas let go of his grip on Dylan and sat on his side of the bed. Dylan say upright and he started to breath deeply. Thomas put his hand on Dylan's back to comfort him. He felt the other boy shake in his fingertips. It was until Thomas noticed that Dylan was shaking because he was crying.

"Hey hey Dyl," he tried to get Dylan to face him but he just continued to cry.

"Dyl it's alright. You're alright," Thomas ran his hand up and down on Dylan's back.

Dylan was still crying and it broke Thomas's heart. This was the worst Dylan's been ever since the accident. Dylan was just pulling his heartstrings and just hugged him tightly. A few tears fell from his eyes since seeing the boy that he loves so weak and so vulnerable, just broke his heart. Thomas smiled a little when he felt Dylan's arms snake around his chest and hug him back, but he was still crying.

"Dyl what's wrong love?" Thomas took a look at Dylan's tear stained face which is just like his now.

Dylan was silent for a while, his eyes were moving. Looking around Thomas's face. "I made you cry," his voice broke.

Thomas shook his head to deny it but Dylan wouldn't have it. "I'm so sorry. I made you cry Thomas."

"Hey hey," Thomas hoed on Dylan's shoulders tightly and made him look at him. "Don't you worry for one bloody second about me. You're the one I should be worrying about. What's wrong? Did you have a nightmare?"
