52) Steal Your Heart

Peter Pan X Daisy (AU)

Daisy was being guided around StroyBrooke High by her new friend Henry. He was telling her where the rooms are and who the teachers were. He would also mention a few students names now and then so that she'll know who they are. Apparently, Henry was the adopted son of the Mayor which is why he was giving her the tour now. Not that he didn't mind.

"Who's that?" Daisy asked Henry as she stared at a group of boys talking and messing around at the school parking lot.

Henry turned around and saw who she was talking about. "Uh oh," he turned her around. "That's Peter Pan and the Lost Boys. They're sort of this gang or group in this school that my mom is trying to control. So you better stay away from them."

"Alright," Daisy said as Henry was pulling her away from the sight of the boys.

But as Henry was pulling her away, her eyes were still locked on the boy that Henry called Peter Pan. He had this dark bad boy look in his eyes and mischievous smile that makes her want to approach him. Daisy would lie if she said that she didn't find him attractive at all.

The school bell rang and the boys then started to go inside the school and towards their classes. While they were on their way, Peter saw something different. He turned his head and saw Daisy who was right beside Henry. His green eyes locked with her brown ones. He gave her a look of confusion as he walked away.

A few months later, her family were having some problems regarding the rent. No matter the job that her father and mother had, it wasn't enough for their everyday lives. Even when she got a job, it still wasn't enough. As much as Daisy wanted to have some help from Henry and maybe his mother, she was shy to ask them for help.

So Daisy was working multiple part time jobs. Either a janitor in Mr. Gold's shop, cashier in the ice cream shop and a waitress in Granny's. She was too focused on her jobs and school that she didn't notice that someone was watching her. Someone who wanted to know who she was.

"I'm sorry," Daisy mumbled an apology to the person who she accidentally bumped. She was really tired because her shift the other night ended really late and she had to do her homework which costed her only two hours of sleep.

"Are you alright?" She heard the person she bumped asked.

She lifted her head and saw Peter looking at her. She was trying to stop the blush that was creeping on her neck.

"Y-yeah. I'm fine," she told him. "Thanks."

She was about to walk away but Peter called her out. Daisy was confused since she had no idea what he wanted. She couldn't really refuse. She had no reason to.

"Yes?" She said, walking towards him.

"How about I'll take you home?" He offered.

Daisy's stomach bursted with butterflies.

"Oh no, it's fine Peter," she told him. "I'm going to walk home."
