Thomas Sangster X Reader

(Y/N)'s POV

The following day, I tried to talk to him but I couldn't find him. Since the tour was already done yesterday, the following days will just consist of our own adventures. I spent half the day with my mom and dad then the other half with the boys. They were such good company and I was glad that they didn't bring up about Robbie and I. They also didn't look at me with pity and acted weird.

It was about nine in the night and I was just staring at the stars with the boys. I marveled at them. I've never seen so many stars in one night. I snuggled closer between Dylan and Ki Hing since I was in between them.

"Are you getting cold?" Dylan asked.

"A little but I'm fine," I said.

"Want me to make the fire bigger?" Ki Hong offered.

"Guys I'm fine," a pause came. "Do you know where Thomas is? I haven't seen him all day."

"We were with him earlier in the morning. Do you like Thomas?" Will asked with a growing grin on his face.

"Uhhhh," I didn't know what to say. If I should lie or tell the truth.

"I see the way you look at him, you like Thomas," Ki Hong teased in a sing song voice.

I chuckled, trying to hide my blush. "Oh she's blushing. She likes him. She likes him bad," Dylan laughed.

"Shut up. I never said I did."

"But you didn't say you didn't," Will shot back.

"You guys are impossible," I chuckled.

"Come on just tell us," Dylan begged.

"Alright I'll tell you," I said. The boys sat upright and I told them to come closer and closer to me. "I," I paused and looked at the boy's faces. "I am going to bed. Goodnight." I walked away leaving the boys complaining. I smiled as I walked back to the house until I was bumped by someone.

"Dude watch where you're going," I said as I helped myself up. When I lifted my head, I  saw Thomas. It might be dark and there isn't that many lights around except for the stars but I know Thomas when I see him.

"Hey Thomas," I said in a playful mood. I wanted to make him feel like I'm not mad at him, even if I am for ignoring me for almost the entire day. "Haven't seen you all day?" I chuckled. "That's funny since the both of us in the same island and I can't find you." I looked at Thomas who was just staring at me. A few awkward minutes passed and I was just going to walk pass him but he blocked me.

What does he want? I talk to him, he ignores me. I leave, he doesn't want me to. Boys are so weird.

"Thomas what do you want?" I sighed.

"A-are you alright?"

I didn't expect those words to escape his mouth at this time of day. "What?" I asked, not feeling like I heard the right thing.

"How are you?" He asked.

"Fine. I'm fine Thomas," I said with a small smile.

"Are you? Are you really?" His grip on my wrist getting tighter and tighter but it didn't hurt me.

"Look, I know that you know about my heartbreaking story but it's nothing," I said shrugging and lying. I'm relying on the darkness so that Thomas won't see my eyes misting with the thought of Robbie. "It was just a harmless crush," I chuckled. "But I never knew it would hurt this much," I mumbled. I pulled my wrist away from his hand and ran into the house.
