122) Sherlock Is A Girl's Name

A/N: Okay I've started to watch Sherlock since April 25, 2018. You might think that I've finished watching the entire series but I haven't yet. I'm still on season 3 and the next episode I'm going to watch is episode 8/ the second episode of season 3.

It's just that, just like Once Upon A Time, I watch Sherlock with my mom. But she's been busy for a while and I wait for her before we watch a new episode. She says I can watch it, but I'm fine with watching again the episode since I always find a new Johnlock scene and really adore seeing the old ones again.

Thomas X Reader (AU)

(Y/N) felt her hands getting colder as each second passed. She stared at Thomas, who she's had a crush on for years now. The both of them were graduating now and will be going their separate ways. She and Thomas weren't really close, in fact, they've never really had a real conversation in all those years they've known each other.

Since this was probably the last time they'll see each other, she's got to talk to him at least once.  Or else she'll regret it for her entire life.

Taking in a deep breath, she took each step closer and closer to Thomas. He seemed a little shocked and surprised when he saw her walking towards him. That would've discouraged her and made her walk the other way, but she was determined this time to talk to him.

"Thomas," she smiled at him. 

"(Y/N)," he sounded shocked. "Hi."

"Hi," she blushed. "Congratulations."

"You too," he said.

"So, um, any plans for the future?" She asked before the silence sunk in.

"Yeah. I'm heading off to college in a few months. You?"

"Same." She played a little with her fingers before saying, "This is probably the last time we'll see each other again."

"Well, if we ever bump into each other, we could maybe have lunch."

"Yeah, we could."

(Y/N) was about to leave but Thomas then started to talk to her again. Her feet stayed planted on the floor. "It's a bit scary isn't it? Heading off into the world."

"It is," she agreed. "Thomas, I have to tell you something. Perhaps my last words before we go our separate ways."

"What is it?"

"I wanted to tell you that- I um," (Y/N) took a breath. "Sherlock is actually a girl's name," she blurted.

She had no idea what she said and why she said it. The words came out of her mouth before she could even think of it. They weren't the words that she wanted to say, but they were also the right words somehow.

(Y/N) suddenly broke into a smile, realizing that she just spoke the words from her favorite show. It was ironically perfect.

"It is?" Thomas smiled. She knew how silly it sounded to someone who has no idea what she truly meant. "So the famous detective's name is a girl's name?"

(Y/N) laughed. "I guess so." Not wanting to embarrass herself any further, she said her goodbyes. "Well, bye Thomas. Hope you have a happy life."
