Hiccup and Astrid

all good things

I decided to relate all the parts together to make a good book.
And to satisfy someone.

It's has been a while since the accident, and Hiccup was a little bit over protective, and Astrid didn't seem to notice that.
Until one day,Hiccup needed to go back to berk for some reasons
So he gave the gang orders
"Ruff,tuff you two go to Thor rock island and bring some sun stones to help with our defences,
Snoutlout help fishlegs with the night terrors formation..."
"Please, not fishface, let me think, Astrid?"snoutlout said
"Sorry, not an option" Hiccup affirmed
"What about me?" Astrid asked
"You stay here and petrol the edge" Hiccup ordered
"What!"
"You heard me"
"No way, I'm going with the twins, you know they'll do nothing by themselves, those two are mutton heads"
"She know we still here, right?" Tuffnut said.
After a long conversation, of course Astrid was the winner in it, Hiccup changed the plan, So tuff will stay with his dragon because he had the most readable stress signal, and Astrid will be going with ruffnut on stormfly.
Hiccup flew instantly toward berk and he left Astrid getting ready to leave.
"What's wrong with Hiccup?" Ruff asked while flying
"What do you mean?" Astrid lifted an eyebrow
"He seems...never mind"
"He seems what?"
"Nothing"
"Ruffnut tell me or I swear I will throw you..."
"Okay,Okay! There's No need for that, he seems worried about you more than before"
"Huh?"
"Yes, especially after that accident"
"How exactly?"
"Let's take today as an example, he didn't want you to go in a mission, he just told you to stay, doesn't this looks strange?"
"No, but when you put it that way, maybe. Anyway let's focus, according to the map, this is the island"
When they landed, stormfly ran to a river to drink but she got spooked by the eels swimming toward her and she took off.
"Come on, if we gather a lot, we can get back faster"
"But how are we going to go back"
Astrid stared at her and she answered
"On my dragon, genius"
"You mean that dragon"
Ruff said pointing at a now running stormfly
"Oh no, stormfly wait, don't leave girl"
"There's no use, Astrid, we can wait until they come and save us"

Meanwhile, Hiccup get back from berk, he noticed that Astrid and ruffnut didn't return
"I knew something was gonna happened"
Then he saw stormfly coming toward him, but she was alone.
So, he decided to go and bring them back, he sighed when he thought that Astrid Will stay away from troubles if he asked her to give him a fighting lessons. The most thing he regret doing.

Ruff gathered some branches for fire and Astrid found some fruits to eat.
The two girls set beside each other staring at the fire
"These past few years were strange, don't you think Astrid?"
"What do you mean?"
"I mean Did you ever imagine it would come to this?  Hiccup?  He saved us, then he trained the dragons, make us understand the truth about these magnificent creatures"
"I know, right?"
"And I know you don't like him for this, I mean the name, the son of chief, the dragon tamer, and I was wondering, why you like him?"
While Astrid thought about it, Hiccup landed near them, but not too close to let them notice him, and he listened
"It's just he took a stand against everything he had ever known, risking everything in his whole world to do what he knew in his heart was right. Would you have been that brave? Would I? I don't know," she whispered and cast her eyes down. "All I know is he makes me want to be better, not just stronger or faster, but better."
"And..."
"The day when I found about toothless changed my whole world, i was so enthralled in viewing the world from above that i forgot all about killing Hiccup. i forgot about his madness. I forgot about his betrayal.   There was just the two of us and the dragon, the Night Fury, toothless.
He told me how he had shot down the dragon the night of the raid several weeks ago, just like he'd said, though no one had believed him; how he'd freed the injured dragon; and how it could no longer fly alone. I saw how the leather piece attached to the dragon's tail connected to the foot pedal on the saddle with an intricate series of pull-lines, and felt something I never had before towards Hiccup: awe, mixed with a little respect.
He explained how working with Toothless had taught him so much about dragons, about the things they liked or disliked, and that was how he was able to do so well in training. I heard it in his voice: dragons were no longer the enemy to him.  Even I had to admit, the start of our flight notwithstanding, the Night Fury was far from the deadly predator as I've been taught to believe.  In fact, I thought he was beautiful.
We flew together even as the sun set and it seemed as if we were close enough to reach the stars.  It was pleasant but cool, so I wrapped my arms around him tightly and leaned my head against his shoulder. I've always thought him as feeble when compared to the burly Vikings in our village, but up here alone on the dragon that he had tamed, he felt very strong to me.  
We saw Berk from above and were amazed by how beautiful our little village actually was. I almost didn't want the night to end. Only that time, instead of being angry at Hiccup, I was fearful for him.  He didn't want to kill a dragon, that much was obvious.  What would he do?  What could I do to help him?"
"Wow, I've never heard you talk like that"
"And if you tell anyone about that, it's gonna be the last time you hear someone talking"
"I know, go on..."
Astrid completed and Hiccup was there, he heard everything.
His heart skipped a beat.
