"That person who enters your life out of nowhere, and suddenly means the world to you." ~Unknown

It's been a week since we had the play. It felt like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders because one of the things that keep me busy is finally over.
As for Gabriel, I still see him regularly because of this peer tutor thing. We have been fighting less now and I don't know why and how it started but it's fine because I'm tired of arguing with him all the time. He's been acting a little strange this past week too. I just chose to ignore it.
"I'll see you next week. Please don't forget your homework," our Biology teacher said before letting us leave the lab to get our lunch.
While walking out of the laboratory, I saw Gabriel leaning his forehead on his locker. I walked towards him.
"You're not trying to kiss the locker, right?" I joked.
He jumped a bit in shock when he heard my voice. My eyebrows furrowed. What's happening to him?
"Please don't do that again," he said.
"What are you even doing? Are you trying to move your locker with your telekinesis powers?" I asked, laughing a bit.
"I was just... thinking," he answered.
"What are you thinking about or are you really that stupid to think that you have telekinesis powers?" I asked, still not letting go of my joke.
"Hey! I am not stupid! You're lucky that we're somewhat kinda friends because if we aren't then you better run," he threatened.
"Oh, wow. I'm so scared," I sarcastically said. "But, seriously though, what are you thinking about that you had your forehead pressed on your locker? And we're friends?"
"It's nothing and didn't you know? Okay, bye now!" he answered both questions before walking away.
"Wait! I'm not yet done talking to you," I said, catching up to him.
"Lianna, just get your lunch." He shook his head.
"Fine!" I surrendered. "But I'll have to know eventually what you're thinking about," I said, gesturing that I'm watching him.
He shook his head while laughing. He then mumbled something after that.
"Huh? What did you say?" I asked after hearing him mumble.
His eyes widened before sighing. "I said, get your lunch!" he said, pushing me a little.
"Okay, okay! Geez! Someone's on their period," I said before walking to the cafeteria.
Instantly saw the girls sitting at our usual table. I ordered my food first before walking to our table. They were talking about something I couldn't catch on, so I just talked to Stella.
I was munching on my fries when somebody took one from behind. I scoffed. Looks like he's okay now, huh? How dare he steal a piece from me!
"Gabriel, get your own fries! I can't deal with-"
"Gabriel?" a familiar voice asked. I turned around and was taken aback when it's Jaden that was standing behind me and not Gabriel f*cking Winters!
"Sorry, Jaden. It's just Gabriel steals my fries when I'm tutoring him. He said he will take some from me before I dip it into chocolate," I explained while chuckling a bit.
He sat beside me. "How are you?" he asked, holding my hand.
I gave him a small smile. "Been busy with homework and this tutorial thing."
